Crowne Plaza SHANGHAI JINXIU, an IHG Hotel

Everything was great except the AC in my room didn’t work. They tried to fix it 3x but no improvement and no other offer to help make my stay more comfortable.

This hotel is amazing! The room was tidy and elegant. The staff is really helpful. We went to Disneyland Shanghai and the plan was to depart at 6 am. They helped us prepare and package a very nice breakfast to take with us. Amazing location and service!

The complementary buffet is really good, and i tried a lot of chinese local food.

The stay was very pleasant and peaceful . All facilities - bed, sofa, TV, desk, minibar, wardrobe are OK . Room size is also spacious . Price is reasonable . Room not very soundproof .Could hear loud floormates from the hallway Staff is helpful & service is good. They help me to find store location and print the map for my easy reference. Breakfast is good with a lot of local food . Location is a bit far out of center of the City on the Pudong side. Not too far from the airport though . Near 2 subway stations with around 10 mins walk . There's a bus stop just outside of the hotel, route 1008 can take you to the subway station. Near to expo center only 15minutes by taxi or use shuttle bus. It is close to my office and I can walk back every morning. . Overall stay is good

Terrible house keeping. Hotel is quite old and needs renovation badly. This was my second time there. Was much better earlier and that's why i booked again.

Everything was nice, but the pool is not a relaxing place. A lot of swimming lessons were going on. Staff always said “sir” and ignored my wife. The food was good. The room was nice but had the smell of smoke even though it was a nonsmoking room. Overall, we’d stay again though.

Wifi connection was terrible. The receptionist insisted of different things in the booking I made (breakfast, type of room).

The employees were friendly and the breakfast was great. Comfortable bed and nice facilities but they are not as well maintained as they could be - grout missing in shower, stained bathroom ceiling, noisy air conditioning. Had a room next to the elevators which was noisy.

We were happy with our stay for one week as we were there for business. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely but there are not many options for eating and especially for a drink after a long day of work. The only bar we could find was the hotel bar and it was empty and not even fully operating. After ordering 2 drinks and waiting more than 15 minutes we canceled our order and left. The access to the full fitness center was excellent. The breakfast buffet was good value with a good variety of options. The rooms are relatively spacious and the beds very comfortable. Overall a great stay.

Noisy, I could not sleep until 1am because of the noise created by elevator! 房间隔音极差，晚上电梯上下声，过路人的说话声，隔壁的手机铃声声声入耳，凌晨一点才能入睡！马桶，早餐和其他配套都比东方路假日酒店差很多，还超级贵，严重不满！

Rooms were well decorated with good beds. Service in the restaurant was very poor.

Remote location far from city. Need taxi to go anywhere

Great staff. Check in and checkout was very easy. The lady in reception even booked a cab for me and came out and instructed the driver to drop me at the correct terminal in Shanghai.

Very nice hotel. Large rooms, good resturant and very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful

To borrow an umbrella, I had to deposit RMB 100 (USD 15).

Great location, nice, clean, very good breakfast. Check in took a while and had to clear up a misunderstanding about the reservation.
