Hotel is nice and new, very clean. Club room floors are good but the club lounge is small for a hotel like this. WiFi is not good for westerner.

Hotel was clean and quiet. Breakfast was very good. Overall I can't complain about anything. Location maybe not quite so central but for my purposes it was good enough.

Very clean and very comfortable. Buffet is one of the best in the area and good price.

Booked king size bed but vain, only twin bed room, disappointed I paid much expensive than other but cannot fulfilled what I pay for. daily rate is much higher than colleague who book from other website.

It is so unexpectedly nice with the hotel facilities, staff services and even the life guards!

What is unique is the aquarium in the middle of the lobby. I did not like the menu in breakfast buffet because it seems they remove indian food? There was no curry and no fish in the menu.

This is a well located and convenient hotel in the centre of Longgang. The hotel is clean and friendly, the food and service is good too.

I like the size of the room and the Quality of service. I did not like the breakfast buffet not enough international choice of food.

Excellent staff. Very helpful. The room was not the cleanest but I would say clean enough. The non smoking room was great and had no smell of any smoke. Good room service.

Everything was perfect if there was a small criticism it would be that if you pay extra you get free drinks and food at the executive club which is well worth the money also free mini bar But come on guys tells have some free bottled water

Nice location in Longgang, room was spacious and clean, on the down side there are not many vegetarian options in the meal options. One more thing, the pillows are not comfortable at all.

Nice rooms, trying to look extravagant but missed a few details. Overall I still confidently call them nice. One thing, however, you have to be very careful about: cigarette smoke! You can of course request a non-smoking room but there is no guarantee that you will get one at first try. The staff will insist that they give you a non-smoking room but you have to insist that your room still smells badly. Eventually they find you one that may not be completely smoke free but you can accept. This is actually a common issue all over China.

Hotel.com order Deluxe room, (king/twin bed), but end up hotel booked the king bed for us, no other available room, forcing us to pay more to upgrade to executive room for twins beds.

I have a pleasant stay in this hotel. Hotel stuffs' service were good except the concierge politeness need to be improved. Buffet breakfast has many varieties but the food is not so tasty, however they have delicious bread.

Breakfast is surprisingly good. Shopping centre and restaurants nearby, also train station is close by.
