很開心還有提供巴士去地鐵。 服務專業。 我先生6點去游泳，救生員馬上在旁陪伴。

飯店非常不錯 服務也很好 但是中國的房客素質不佳，晚上十點還吵，游泳池也吵 歐美房客多且安靜

住在這可以沈澱心情.... 歲月靜好！

Air con cannot be adjusted. Room is too hot & I have to open the window to reduce the temperature

交通不太方便,距離最近的便利店要走十分鐘左右,不太適合商務客

clean and cozy room, great choice in Shanghai

Quite far from the city center but near the hongqaio airport. Overall, the hotel is in good conditions since still new, but the room got some rear smell which probably due to no occupancy for awhile and nobody clean up.

乾淨, 舒適, 房間大, 夜晚很安靜, 早餐很豐富, 服務水平高, 唯一的缺點應該是比較偏避, 其餘都很好.

新的酒店，住宿乾淨，但整個晚上有個低的噪音，如果敏感的人會覺的不適應，其他都算不錯

住宿服務：原本要求大床房，但是航班延誤至半夜1點才到，原訂的大床房被挪給團體客戶，被要求換成二張小床的房型。這間飯點較照顧團體客戶。 清潔度：很乾淨。 舒適度：基本上不錯，住的時間不長所以沒有特別感覺。 住宿狀況：服務人員都很有禮貌，並樂於協助客人。很棒！ 附近環境：偏僻。旁邊的商場興建中，未來比較適合旅行團的行程。

I order a taxi To Shanghai AirPort of hongoiao and they explain wrong to taxi, so the taxi tole me to the train Station … so ungry and upset , China it is not easy…. So stupid the support from the hotel

Too dark rooms, no restaurant and bar for the evening, language barrier, many of the staff doesn’t speak english. From a Hilton hotel I expect more The good thing is that this property is near a nice street with many restaurants and coffeeshops. The breakfast buffet is poor comparing with other hotels

Will stay here again. Clean and good breakfast and dinner options.

Perfect hotel and very kind staff. Toilet with water is wonderfull as we use in Turkey.

Very clean, English speaking employees, good amenities. Near restaurants walkable. Near Shanghai national exhibition center. Rooms are comfortable but on the smaller side.
