One of the best hotels I have stayed at in Shenzhen. The buffet breakfast and dinners are fantastic value for money and would be recommended.

They advertise a shuttle to the airport… no shuttle.. false advertising

They advertise a shuttle. There is no shuttle . It’s false advertising. The onus was on me to get cash in RMB which was more costly than the taxi .. then get a taxi to the hotel. This is not what they advertise. I asked to be reimbursed for the conversion commission and was denied! Soo disappointed. They do not care submit their clients!!

I stay this hotel every year. every time is very good except this time. Don”t why the room is so hot at night can’t sleep well(only this time room temperature is hot at night)

New and functional. Gym and swimming pool absolutely top of the line !! Better than some premium hotels ! Absolutely great

Fantastic hotel - in a very convenient area. Next door to a Mall. Rooms very clean. Housekeeping great. Breakfast was excellent. Every taste covered If I am critical of any area, is that the Bar only serves canned beer...small detail. Swimming pool was large and a great place to excersise.

Very nice hotel close to the airport. Tasty and warm cookies upon check in. Rooms are spacious, clean, modern, and well equipped. Helpful staff for check in and check out. During check out staff helped us call a taxi and load luggage early in the morning. There seems to be lots of restaurants and eateries nearby. We were there just a quick layover so wished we had more time .

Estuve 6 noches por tema de trabajo, en general es muy bueno. Me tocó pagarlo más caro que el precio promedio por la Feria chinaplas. Pero por el precio regular recibes muchooo si lo comparas con hotel de América Por lo general los empleados no meneaban el idioma inglés, pero nunca fue una limitación para dar el servicio. Lo que más disfruté fueron sus desayunos, una variedad muy completa y más para los que no somos asiáticos Lo que deben mejorar es el servicio del loung, ya que tienen poco personal. Las habitaciones si. Muy buenas y cómodas En mi baño salía un olor peculiar al usas el lavamanos. Pero entiendo que es un tema de un mantenimiento

房間寬敞 明亮 寧靜 室內泳池也很好 另帶按摩池 更衣室有乾蒸室 當天點room service 想食的售罄 湊合點的不怎樣 服務員幫忙取外賣 由機器人送上 對面有小商場 夜市 食方面也解決了 雖靠近機場 也不吵

숙소는 좋지만 시내와 거리가 좀 멀어요

大堂職員親切有善，房間夠寬敞，乾淨整潔！ 不過離地鐵站有點遠，近機場！ 附近有大型購物中心，都算方便！

設備很新，環境很好

Las habitaciones que dan a la calle principal no tienen insonorización de las ventanas y se oye todo. El supuesto grill no es y te venden un buffet que no es a la altura. El servicio de recepción rápido y eficaz y a mi queja del ruido, me lo cambiaron a una interior al jardín y mucho mejor. Tiene detalles que están muy bien, pero en general es un hotel más, que cumple...

フロントの方、ドアマンの方、ポーターの方、ハウスキーパーの方、皆さん感じがよくとても気持ちの良い滞在でした。部屋も清潔で必要なものはすべて揃っています。バスタブがあったのが何より嬉しかったです。利便性はあまりよくありませんが近くにスーパーが入っているモールがあります。地下鉄からは15分くらい歩きます。バス停までは5分から10分くらいです。タクシーを使うと一番楽かと思いますが似ている名前のホテルが多いので慣れていない方は気をつけたほうがいいかもしれません。全体としては今まで泊まった中国のホテルの中では一番良かったです、また泊まりに行きたいです。
