Good service and clean room.

Das komplette Hotel stinkt überall nach Zigarettenqualm, auch wenn es Rauchverbot gibt. Das Gym ist im Keller in einem Raucherraum und stinkt. Das Frühstück war ok. Wir haben für drei Erwachsene gebucht, aber nur ein Konder-Zimmer für zwei Erwachsene mit Kind bekommen, also waren die Betten zu klein.

The accommodation was really nice. Great breakfast and friendly service. I would recommend!

friendly staff and good location

There is no non.smoking room. But front desk exchange/upgrade us to a better room, because the first room we got was not smell good. We are happy for the quick response.

すこし古びた感じがする。朝食の開始が７時からと遅く早くからのオプショナルツアーでは、 朝食が食べられない。

Overall a good value hotel. Clean and bed is comfortable. The first room 1207 we had got bad smell (sewage) from the toilet. After complaint, we changed to another room and was good. I will recommend this hotel.

There is a strong smell in washroom. They need to improve and over all they are good.

I booked two rooms, as they didn't have a room with beds big enough for a family of 4 (at least not through Expedia). Rooms were clean. However, our room was considerably warmer than our kids'. At first, I thought that was they way it is, because in inland China, usually things don't work as well as in the coast. However, when I went to my kids' room, theirs was very comfortable and cooler. By the time I realized about this it was time to go home so I never mentioned it to the front desk. By the way, staff at front desk was very helpful, albeit we communicated through the translation app. There was no A/C in the hallways, so you came out of your cool room to a warm hallway, go to into a cool elevator. Breakfast was decent, with enough Chinese and Western style foods. It is not a super huge spread as in bigger chains, but I was surprised with the options and nice set up.

フロントでは英語は全く通じませんが、アプリを駆使して丁寧に対応してくれました。 部屋は値段の割には広く、キレイでした。 シャワールームしかありませんでしたが、お湯も問題なく出ましたし、十分でした。
