Great location with easy access to the city center. Excellent breakfast and friendly staff. Big room with comfortable beds and great view. Hotel lobby and hall way are in excellent condition.

My wire and I recently stayed at the Fairmont Beijing Hotel for 4 days. The hotel is beautifully designed, and the hotel staff were able attentive. Our room is spacious and elegantly furnished (it even comes with a massage chair). Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

I love this hotel, this is second we stayed there when I visited Beijing. I will still choose it when I go next time. It is in good location, stuff are nice, room it is awesome, I loved it!

Rooms were not cool enough. Ac was not properly configured. Otherwise this is a nice, affordable property with good service and good location.

No major problem overall but it is definitely an older property and will soon required renovation. While most of the essential items are working. It is really tired and dated. Staff are mostly friendly though some tend to look abit tense most of the time. Overall an ok stay. Thank you!

The reason why I gave average marks for property conditions and facilities is because the hotel furnishings look quite dated, wear and tear in some areas, which need to be replaced to maintain a 5 stars status!

Very clean. Huge rooms and really nicely decorated and spaced. Bed is super nice. The bathrooms need a bit of work. My shower and bidet was not working properly. The real minus is the food - really bad.

Our shower was a little moldy and our toilet barely flushed. Some unfinished work and exposed concrete. Thought the fairmont would be a little better.
