My first experience in Guangzhou, and staying 3 nights at this hotel was very satisfying, the room was clean, fragrant, the breakfast was very varied, all the staff were friendly and kind, I will definitely stay again and recommend this hotel.

Value for money. Large room. Very comfortable bed. Strong water supply. Helpful and courteous staff—front desk, housekeeping, restaurant, and concierge. Breakfast buffet is abundant and delicious. 5 to 10 minutes walk to train station. A remarkable 6-day stay.

職員辦事和態度十分差！本來我住一晚，後來加多一日行程，所以之後再book多一晚，check-in時已同職員講了，她也知道，但是當第二天晚上回酒店時，房咭用不到，原來酒店已將房咭消磁，所以上不到房間樓層，要去大堂再重新整一張新的房咭，當時酒店櫃檯只有一位職員，而且有六七位排緊隊，櫃檯職員有向後台求救，但都沒有人出嚟幫手，我們已等了差不多半個鐘也沒有人出來，所以開始有人不耐煩，後台職員才施施然行出來，這樣服務質素和態度十分差，這間酒店算是4.5至5星，但這樣服務質素不能接受，如果繼續這樣，相信沒有人會入住了。

選擇這間酒店是因為比較新和舒適，但是這次入住經驗十分差，因為酒店給了一間厠所流水的房間给我，我一共住2夜，第一夜入住時已經看見坐厠底包了一條毛巾，已覺奇怪，但沒有理會，到第二天，因早出晚歸，大約凌晨1:30去厠所發現廁所水沉，應該清潔時拿走了毛巾沒有再包返，所以漏水流出來，同酒店職員講，他們換了另外一間給我，但是當時以凌晨兩點多，本人是一位老人家還有一位七歲小朋友，搞掂已凌晨三點多，第二朝一早就check out, 根本成晚沒有睡，酒店亦沒有任何歉意，極力不推薦這間酒店

Good points:
The average quality of room is good and its very clean. The Gym is very clean too.
The sfaff is polite
The breakfast is good.
Bad points:
- The food during lunch and evening is very bad, the buffet didn't deserve the cost.
- There are no many restaurant close to the hotel
- The sink with automatic opening system for the water (similar to public toilet) is very uncomfortable

Originally was given a disabled room with a bathroom that was not ideal as water would have escaped the sink. I complained and asked another room and was offered another room that was smelling smoke although I booked non smoking room. Was then changed to a second floor room and was told I would be given a more comfortable higher room the next day however nobody from reception contacted me during my 4 nights stay.
