Everything was good especially the gym and pool table but the swimming was not available. Otherwise I will give it a 5 star. Also not really close to shopping malls.

What a beautiful compound! A gem in Baiyun!

Originally was given a disabled room with a bathroom that was not ideal as water would have escaped the sink. I complained and asked another room and was offered another room that was smelling smoke although I booked non smoking room. Was then changed to a second floor room and was told I would be given a more comfortable higher room the next day however nobody from reception contacted me during my 4 nights stay.

Nice and new facility

New hotel. Very clean. Some Staffs (not all) were amazing. Nearest shopping & restaurants are within 10 minutes walking distance.

Good points: The average quality of room is good and its very clean. The Gym is very clean too. The sfaff is polite The breakfast is good. Bad points: - The food during lunch and evening is very bad, the buffet didn't deserve the cost. - There are no many restaurant close to the hotel - The sink with automatic opening system for the water (similar to public toilet) is very uncomfortable

今次入住應該是本人今年出差旅行所住的酒店最滿意的。除了環境的氛位，工作人員的服務，以及很多細緻元素，也感受到希望令到客人滿意的體驗。

Everything was perfect. From any aspect. Installations, spacious rooms, breakfast choices, personnel. Special merit to Serene and Taylor in the reception for their willingness to assist us.

職員辦事和態度十分差！本來我住一晚，後來加多一日行程，所以之後再book多一晚，check-in時已同職員講了，她也知道，但是當第二天晚上回酒店時，房咭用不到，原來酒店已將房咭消磁，所以上不到房間樓層，要去大堂再重新整一張新的房咭，當時酒店櫃檯只有一位職員，而且有六七位排緊隊，櫃檯職員有向後台求救，但都沒有人出嚟幫手，我們已等了差不多半個鐘也沒有人出來，所以開始有人不耐煩，後台職員才施施然行出來，這樣服務質素和態度十分差，這間酒店算是4.5至5星，但這樣服務質素不能接受，如果繼續這樣，相信沒有人會入住了。

選擇這間酒店是因為比較新和舒適，但是這次入住經驗十分差，因為酒店給了一間厠所流水的房間给我，我一共住2夜，第一夜入住時已經看見坐厠底包了一條毛巾，已覺奇怪，但沒有理會，到第二天，因早出晚歸，大約凌晨1:30去厠所發現廁所水沉，應該清潔時拿走了毛巾沒有再包返，所以漏水流出來，同酒店職員講，他們換了另外一間給我，但是當時以凌晨兩點多，本人是一位老人家還有一位七歲小朋友，搞掂已凌晨三點多，第二朝一早就check out, 根本成晚沒有睡，酒店亦沒有任何歉意，極力不推薦這間酒店
