Like the nice garden where we can drink coffee or eat outside with a little lac and waterfall. Didn't like that the receptionist show us the smoking area at the entrance without telling us that we can smoke in the garden

The check-in staff named Yi Yang was very helpful. It was during the second China International Import Expo period, so lots of people trying to check in. Mr. Yang was able to take care of customers very efficiently, and provided useful security tips. Very courteous! Surprisingly, the hotel provided light breakfast options on executive dinning floor. Other than that, it was a decent convevient hotel.

Loved this hotel, lifts were quick, service wonderful, nothing was too much trouble. Would stay again!

The hotel was modern and clean. They seem very popular, but because of the there were long queues at reception at times and breakfast was a bit too busy.

It was renewed several years ago. the room is much better than before.

This is a really nice hotel, great amenities, nice staff. But if you want a good experience it’s worth paying for the suites. The basic rooms have water stains on a lot of the decor. View is better in the front of the hotel. Otherwise no view.

I usually stay at international known chains so, when I booked this hotel first time, wasn't sure. In the end, I liked very much. First, lobby staff understands good English and polite. I forgot something at the airport, they gave me the number of Airport fast. Breakfast was good, many choices. The gym was small but, clean and enough and 24 hours. The area is a bit silent but, taking a car to the city center is just 15 mins, easier to find car compared to the city center. Very close to Hongqiao Airport too. One thing I was surprised that they asked me to wear a swimming cap but, I'm bald, I don't have hair, no hotel insisted on this. Doesn't makes sense, made me unhappy in the morning.

Appears to have lobby area, restaurants, and rooms recently renovated. Very clean hotel.

Everything is fine except too far away from all subway stations.

Quality hotel with well thought out interior design, professional staff and comfortable beds. A joy to stay here - good value for money.

- Reception and Check in was ok - Room is ok - Location is a bit far away from center and subway (need walk 20 min). Now, for Hongqiao airport, it was ok - Gym center is so-so. 2 running machines was out of order, only one working - Massage was good and serious

This hotel exceeded my expectation as I receive 5 star service and room was large and comfortable. May not be located in the busiest part of town but there are shopping centers close by (10 mins walk) and close to subway station

I have stayed here a number times in the last 5 years and it has been ok - a little tired from age but still ok. However, the entire hotel has had a significant renovation that was just completed at the end of 2017. It is now a great place to stay with an above average breakfast! I will look forward to staying here again.
