Good hotel in the middle of the city.

飯店是具有歷史意義的建築，能與西安的城市氛圍相互融合。雖位在市中心，但與熱鬧大街又稍有間隔，鬧中取靜卻又不失便利性，到西安市內各熱門景點，打車大概都能在10分鐘內到達，如用步行也不超過三十分鐘。客房雖有點舊但維護算不錯，客房清潔也做的很好。前台、客房服務人員服務態度不錯，但大廳跟餐廳服務員的服務態度(訓練)，就顯得有參差不齊，可能這二部分的管理需再加強。總整的結果還是願意推薦本飯店，給想到西安旅遊的朋友！

Prime location and friendly hotel staffs. Recommended for a short trip in Xi an. Just that we were not notified that there was construction outside during Christmas Eve till mid night

there are 3 hotels at the location, a bit confusing & difficult to locate the right hotel i have booked; all under Accord's group, seems some taxi drivers didn't know the place; staff were helpful; breakfast was satisfactory for its price.

为酒店员工点赞! 入住5天，在第4天早上發现不见了一件大衣，報告前台。酒店大堂人員及保安部作了详细调查，查询了清洁房间人员，保安部一再番查CCTV都没有發现。到晚上才發现是自己大意，遗留了在同行友人的房间。 在此向酒店各有关员工致歉並再次感谢他们專业的服務。下次再来西安，一定再入住。

第二次住在这个院子里了，环境没的说，绿植非常的漂亮，就是房间有点点局促，总体还可以

就在市中心 省政府旁边 就近就有地铁站 非常方便

服務態度超好，房間乾淨，環境清靜；但走廊外的聲音還是會聽得見；唯一美中不足是在房間的無線網路有點差，連不到wifi

在火车站附近，机场巴到火车站走到酒店大约10分钟，打車1百多元，位置不錯，免費升級豪華大床房.下次有机会还往。 另外到西安旅游最好有打车軟件，當地很難打车，出租车司机又挑客，到西安4天没打過一次车。（西安塞车很厲害）

雖然是訂豪華美居卻自動升等到索菲特去了。 以下是索菲特的心得。 號稱四星以上的飯店，卻稍嫌老舊 飯店人員很有禮貌，早餐自助吧種類不太多但都蠻不錯的

酒店坐落庭園之中,環境清幽,治安感覺好,但大堂比較小 房間整潔,稍小. 坐落西安城中,距離各景點不算遠,但不在地鐵附近,必需事先研究巴士路線或乘不易找的出租車

Great stay for business, also for leisure. Easily find eateries and all kinds of transportation nearby. Hotel service is superb. The only things that need improvement are the shower (water pressure is somewhat low) and fitness center location (we need to walk to Sofitel next door for the facility).

這次的旅遊就是為了解中國的文化訂的這家酒店感覺很古典跟現代,但是交通各人是覺的不搭公交車就是要打車~~車價也不便宜....方便度很ok也寧靜....下次有機會應該還是會在選這家酒店

Best service in China! Nice, kind, helpful staff. A beautiful area and splendid hotel at an unbeatable price.

The hotel was very good and I would generally recommend to anyone. However, if you stay, you should know that the hotel does not have a pool of its own, despite how it appears on the website. Instead, you have full access to the pool and spa at the Sofitel which is in the same complex. To reach the pool you do need to leave the Mercure, walk about 100 yards up a quiet road and access the Sofitel we did not know this when we booked and equally, did not have a problem with it when we realised. However, if you are looking for the pool and spa,to be in the same building, this might not be the hotel for you. Important to add here, the hotel staff did give us a free room upgrade. Our room was very comfortable and had one of the biggest beds I’ve ever seen (greater than super king). The Wi-Fi also did not work and no one we spoke to managed to get it to work either.
