My family and i spent a lovely weekend at this hotel. Thanks for the lovely hospitality to the executive lounge attendants Nia, Maisie and Lucy. The location of this hotel is superb. One thing i enjoy less is that even though i booked for three persons, the lounge access was restricted to two persons only. I hope the hotel would review this policy soon. Another thing is the lack of supervision on the Ground Floor, as there were events on their conference room floors. However, the reception for these events was on the ground floor, and some of the personnel for those companies caused nuisance to hotel guests.

One of the best Marriott hotels I have ever stayed. Decor is well maintained. The room is quiet, clean and spacious. Like the big screen TV. Staff are very helpful. The spa service is excellent. Located next to a big shopping mall and subway stations are nearby.

前枱服務比較失望，由於我加了床，退房時應該只收加床費用，但前枱職員以為我房價都未付，於是又再收我房錢，浪費很多時間又要叫一位高級職員取消付款，又要重新再出單收加床錢。
希望酒店要加強培訓前枱職員，睇清楚或者問清楚客人是否已付房費，不要又重覆收錢，浪費客人時間。

There was no cool water came out from the faucets above washbasin. Only hot (not warm) water came out from both sides of faucet right above the washbasin. It made me feel super uncomfortable whenever washing hands, face!
Not sure was it only because my room does not have cool water from that faucet or any faucet right above the washbasin in all rooms do not supply cool water.
