位置離市區很遠，設備比較老舊，健身房的設備都生鏽了...但是離上班地點近，房間也還ok

畧為陳舊，整體設施及價格也算滿意

订好了房交完了钱到酒店被告知找不到订单，让客人等了半个多小时，答复是预订系统有问题，没了。那我的客人的时间呢？道歉呢？推给系统问题然后就没了？电话沟通时候前台说可以让我们给多点押金先安排入住，但是挂电话我朋友说酒店没跟她们说这个解决方案，让他们继续等待，呵呵。

房間尚算大,光線充足,而且有個露台,感覺很悠閒。清潔衛生不錯,房間沒有異味。但早餐食物一般,入住酒店時辦手續稍慢,希望下次會改善。

The only adverse comment is the breakfast. Actually, they did not have any food left by 9:30am, i.e. half an hour before the breakfast closing time of 10:00am.

The area is humid, and close to it's own lake: room have that kind of "mould" smelling - it is better if the aircon / dehumid mode be left on continuously to clear that. The staff is exceedingly helpful and that more than compensate; the housing estate nearby has nice environment and also a lake, but is out of bounds. Hotel can negotiate for a temp pass to allow guest to walk to that lake (around 200 meters down to right side of entrance). Hotel should run its own shuttle from Country Home bus depot.

Many things went wrong this time: first the hotel could not find my reservation from hotel.com. It took more than 40 min to resolve the issue, during which time I had to place two international calls to hotel.com at my own expense. Then I was given a single bed room instead of two double beds as requested so I had to change the room. Then in the morning when I was taking shower two gigantic cockroaches appeared ! I told all these issues to the front desk but did note receive any offer except a simple "sorry". I travel a lot but must say I have not been so disappointed in a long time.

When I first stayed there a few years back it was new and very impressive. But now it seems a renovation is due. Customer service is just so-so, House-keeping asked me to find the fixed line network connection jack myself instead of sending someone over to help me. Room size is good but facility is getting old and run-down. Pity since this really used to be a good hotel.

It's very inconvenient to carry food from buffet counter walking staircases to table. This is an unfriendly restaurant to physically challenged or old people.

Hotel surrounded by plenty of green, however, reception is bad, breakfast is poor,according to value of money, very bad experience riding on a taxi back to Guangzhou which calling from the hotel.

Das Hotel könnte in Teilen eine Renovierung vertragen. Wenig englisch sprechendes Personal aber das gesamte Personal war äußerst freundlich und liebenswürdig. Die Zimmer sind leider etwas hellhörig und die Verkehrsanbindung ist schwierig, zumindest wenn man kein chinesisch kann aber insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt.

It was really nice, the property, its staff, breakfast etc all really nice. The kitchen closes -- and not 24hrs, so that was sometimes difficult, not getting food later in the day.

ホテル自体はリゾート形式で素晴らしい環境であったが、端午節&父の日でなのか中国人ファミリーが多かった。 とにかく騒がしかった。

I have stayed here 4 times in the last 3 years and every time has been great. It is very clean, the staff is very attentive, despite the language difference and the breakfast buffet is excellent. A wonderful value for the money, for sure.
