Absolutely amazing

Nice location with shopping mass and restaurants nearby. The room is large enough with necessary facilities. The only problem is that they do not have a bellboy to help with the luggage

This property actually is not close to the airport, they provide free shuttle service, but only for drop off not pick up

They also have a 711 next door which is convenient

Brief, over night stay was very comfortable bed, all room amenities were great & hotel very modern, even with room service bots.

I was there fot a day. The hotel is about 15 drive from airport. It is not a walking distance. The hotel do provide pickup and drop off services. The property itself is clean and modern. Staff were friendly and helpful. Dining menu is very limited and ordinary but the price is reasonable.

I was at Shenzhen for work, this hotel was amazing, cleaning, good design, and the staff was the Best, all time I felling important. Janet’s service is excellent, and all team is very good. I am surprised with them service. And the food is very good.

Aircondition is not working well.

I enjoyed my stay at this property. The staff were helpful and friendly. Around the property there are plenty of restaurants, a convenience store is right next door, and a bank with an ATM is within five minutes walking distance.

部屋は問題なく快適であったが、どこからか聞こえてくるカラオケの音が夜中までうるさくて寝れないくらいだった。 朝食も展示会期間中もあり、食事の提供が間に合っていない状況。 エアポートシャトルバスは、深圳空港→ホテルは無いようで、空港で探したが見つけられず結局タクシーを使用した。 ホテル→深圳空港のシャトルバスが有り、ホテルで予約可能。 ホテル→展示会場のシャトルバスも1日1便だが有り助かった。

客房很不衛生，沒有打掃乾淨，桌上還有大片油漬，地毯鞋印、地毯頭髮沒清潔, 飯店外週遭環境骯髒
