Struttura splendida con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Ci hanno fatto un upgrade della camera. Location bella ma lontana dal centro storico di Lijiang. Il problema nasce con un servizio assolutamente inadeguato per un albergo 5 stelle di marchio Hilton. Il personale non parla inglese e non fa nulla per capire le richieste. Il ristorante è un’altra nota dolente in quanto manca quasi tutto il menù per cui a cena erano disponibili solo sandwich e qualche altro piatto che però probabilmente perché congelato occorreva attendere almeno 50 minuti. Per ordinare due birre cinesi locali ci abbiamo messo circa 1 ora chiedendo del Manager. Esperienza allucinante. Buona invece la colazione perlomeno entro i canoni. Ritengo che il personale debba essere formato dalla casa madre.
