The service is great at front desk, executive lounge, swimming pool and restaurant.
Early check in allowed if room is available. We checked in at around 2pm.
Convenient location. A few minutes walk from exit 13 to 15 Gangxiabei station. Loads of restaurants and shopping facilities in the vicinity. Room attendant of 2/F is nice and responsive to our needs.
Buffet dinner and breakfast are ok. Value for money with sufficient variety of choices.
Drawback is the smell of smoke at the corridor and near the lobby entrance.

Table allocation for breakfast was not done smoothly. Guests need to find their table, instead of staff allocating a table. There were no signs to indicate if the table was occupied or not. Food variety was limited. Some items were not replenished.

酒店的工作人员服务态度非常好，解决问题的速度也很快。所以对服务非常的满意。
但不知道是不是因为酒店装修太久了，洗手间有一些污渍，也不确定是没清洁彻底还是原本太旧的原因。最主要，房间有很大的霉味，一出电梯走廊也是，问前台，说是因为前几天下雨的原因，给拿了一部空气清新器，但都没有特别大的改善。这个霉味是最头疼的。
同样的价格，真的可以选择到更好的酒店。
