Holiday Inn Express BEIJING TEMPLE OF HEAVEN, an IHG Hotel

Good location, walking distance to Temple of Heaven and subway. Free big selection breakfast, good coffee. Traditional Chinese and western food. Many restaurants, fast food and supermarket close by. Transportation to airports could be arranged at reception for less money.

Very nice stay of 3 nights. Close to the temple of heaven. Plenty of choices for breakfast!

Was not happy with the central air, room did not cool below 25 deg. Hotel luckily was close to amenities and taxis cheap for going to the Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square

This place is disgusting. The entire hotel is molded. Smelled like mold and cigarettes. We were coughing being in the room because there was so much mold. Never go here.

I really like the convenience of the location, and many dining options around the area. The room service is everyday, with free water bottles.

Staff was helpful, but room was dingy and needs a makeover. Housekeeping did the bare minimum when cleaning.

Nice hotel, calm, clean and with great reception staff.

This is my go-to hotel in Beijing. It has western standards, but at the same time very local. It's 10 minutes walking from the Metro line 8, which in my opinion connects the most interesting parts of Beijing. The staff was very nice, kind and helpful.

Room otsel f was nice however the beds were horrible. You coukd feel the strings though the cover. I am a side sleeper and i even piled the bedding from the other bed on top but they still stuck through. The very purpose ofva hotel room is to have a conphy place to sleep sadly that goal was missed. Breakfast buffet was great.

It’s not advertise, but they have a laundromat which does a wash for a very very reasonable 20 RMB

Very conveniently located.

The location was great. The lobby is small and crowded. The staff was nice. The food a lot of stuff and variety but not that much for western foreigners. The room little outdated. The cons. There are so many Holiday INNS around the area, taxis kept taking us to the wrong one and as consequence I had to pay more. The Hotel was not listed on the taxis GPS'S. It was weird.

My first time in China not knowing the district hence I was rather apprehensive. I was pleasantly surprised how well it worked for me.
