Big rooms and comfortable beds. Delicious breakfast. About 10 to 15 minutes walk from Tianfu Square. Close to lots of eating places. Hotel partially hidden behind another building. Use Baidu map to locate the hotel. Google map sent us to the wrong location.

在成都旅遊五天，選擇此旅館主因在以往異地住宿經驗，環境舒適自在。 旅館地點方便，以百度地圖指引，成都主要景點都可由旅館步行或附近公交地鐵成行，尤其是在寬窄巷子的景區車直達熊貓基地，省許多換車時間。 旅館房間舒適，早餐豐盛，現點麵食不錯。前台服務員態度很好，微笑應對。 房間內設施足夠，但對五天較長天數旅客是需要小冰箱。一些用品細節可改善，如電視遙控器的電池蓋易脫落(產品設計問題，卡勾強度不足)，免治馬桶按鍵有破損，門口免打擾燈失效等，但這些不影響住宿舒適度。 會推薦此旅館給親友來成都旅遊的住宿。

我朋友在機場遺失手機。到酒店後，由前台服務員第一時幫忙處理， 亦幸運有人拾獲。第二天早上已由快遞員送回酒店。 酒店房間闊落，牀鋪舒適。自助早餐食物豐富，很好。

很常住這間旅店，不管是交通或是環境都很方便，停車也方便，前面還有快遞的儲存櫃（方便提前買東西寄過來）。唯一比較大的缺點是水壓一直很小，淋浴的水是用流的，微弱的那樣。（水溫是熱的）所以還是可以接受。

地下鉄の駅から少し遠い。料金は普通。施設自体は古さを感じる。朝食は満足できる内容。

清潔で良いです。朝食も悪くないです。冷蔵庫が無いのは中国でこのクラスなら普通かな。外の音が結構聞こえます。向かいに公安のビルがあって訓練してる声がわりと煩かったです。その辺りに敏感な人は注意かも。

Absolutely Miserable Stay – Avoid This Hotel! I booked the Holiday Inn Express TianFu Square in Chengdu through Expedia expecting the usual standard of comfort, but what I got was a masterclass in cutting corners and guest discomfort. Let’s start with the air conditioning—or lack of it. Despite scorching summer temperatures, the room A/C was purposely disabled to save electricity. That’s right, only the lobby had cool air. So unless you’re planning to sleep next to the reception desk, prepare to sweat through the night. This isn't just inconvenient—it’s negligent. The room was advertised with amenities that simply didn’t exist. For instance, no mini fridge—which meant no cold water, no storage for leftovers, and zero convenience. The shower stall leaked water all over the bathroom floor, forcing me to use towels to soak it up each time. The food? Disappointing at best. The breakfast options were bland and uninspired—clearly the result of cost-cutting rather than any attempt to provide a pleasant experience. Holiday Inn Express is supposed to offer basic comfort and reliability, but this branch in Chengdu fell drastically short. Between the sweltering room, poor amenities, and unimpressive food, I left feeling duped. Do yourself a favour and book literally anywhere else.

Room is super huge, as it is a minimalist hotel. Location of room assigned on first night was bad, very noisy with vehicles passing till morning, could not sleep. Requested a quieter facing room for my next stay, not that bad then, face some eateries. Breakfast spread is great, many choices local fare, warm drinks, suit me a lot. Location wise, need to walk quite a bit to shopping mall for meals.

Hotel and rooms are very clean, room is spacious, well design . Bathroom design bit simple. My first night, location of room next to main road or highway, very noisy throughout the night. Could not sleep at al..l.. Reception kind enough arrange light takeaway breakfast (hard boiled egg, plain bread and yogurt drink) as we had to leave 5.30am.to catch train to JZG. Recomd hotel.
