The perfect airport stay for an overnight transfer. Good value. Free transfer and great breakfast. Could not ask for better.

Excellent location. I walked to the beautiful river park to jog in the morning. The hotel is well managed. I asked them to adjust the night curtains. The staff showed up right away and explained that i probably moved it back and forth too fast so the automatic system was a bit confused. They also lent me a voltage converter (220v to 110v) and accommodated a late check-out. The hotel is right next to major landmarks. Amazing views at night. Easy access to the Subway. Lots of gourmet food places underground in the extensive subway system. I was very impressed with the subway. The floor was super clean although you can't eat and drink why riding the subway. I used the pool a couple times. It was nice. The tennis court was under maintenence. I would recommend adding pickleball lines to the tennis courts so the world's fastest growing sports -pickleball can help attract more customers.
I have been to many 4 - 5 stars hotels. Not sure why people wrote bad reviews on this property. This hotel deserve a 5-star review. Highly recommended!

Hotel location was perfect for a 1 night stay in Shanghai. Room was updated & modern but there were scratch marks on some of the walls from previous guests. Planned to visit Disneyland for the day and the staff was kind enough to assist me via Google Translate for the fastest route.

It is an airport hotel. So I know it is far from central Shanghai and it is not convenient to anywhere else except to the airport. The hotel offers free shuttles to and from the airport. Dinner was better than I expected and the breakfast was amazing, offering both Chinese and western items. It is an excellent hotel for its rating.

Just a quick overnight before flying home, close to the airport. As, expected it was clean and staff was helpful and friendly. Convenient but location isolated and noisy because of the th proximity to the airport.

Shared free shuttle bus with Ramada from airport to the hotel, but the schedule is different. Little confused. Pretty convenient. Recommend it.

Closeness to the airport is the best characteristic to be honest. Clean and simple and decent selection at breakfast, and public laundry facility onsite also helps.
