Great service, good location, excellent staff!

Location is good.

Nice staff but the room is really worn out and old fashioned. Has a really stupidly designed washroom, why on earth is the shower seperated from the room through a slightly blurry glass wall? It makes no sense.

I will choose this place next time.

Very nice staff, and breakfast is wonderful. I always go there when i'm in Tianjin.

Wonderful room with light display outside. Great location for finding food if you’re a little adventurous. Only issue was our room was 85degrees and no ac as it was now officially “winter” and the ac was turned off! Staff did what they could, brought us a bucket of ice. Fantastic breakfast, catering to all tastes

Very good location.

Good stay overall. Very convenient location being next door to the subway station and down the road from a big shopping district and main road. Close to the bus that takes you to all the major sites including Ancient culture street and the Tianjin Eye. Not much English but the team is still happy to help.

The stuff was wonderful,is the second time and for sure when i will visit Tianjin again i will be there. Thank you.

Excellent location, right in the city centre area. The staff are friendly. Room is spacious with a large comfort bed. The buffet breakfast was mainly Chinese food. Not great choice but for the prices I paid, it was definitely worth it

It was excellent.

the housekeeping was not very satisfying, during my stay, I came back from outside and the room was not cleaned until 3PM or even later.

A nice hotel with very good location, breakfasts is excellent but mainly to accommodate Chinese customers. A problem for the hotel is people smoking in the unsmoking area. I would not recommend the hotel to people who strongly against smoking. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful especially Liu Kun, Li Xin Ran. Thank you very much for your help.
