I had several problems: The staff only spoke Chinese and not even speaking a word of English made it very difficult to relate my other problems. It is loacted on a alleyway so its very tough to find even in a cab. Because they don't speak English it was near impossible to locate even when they spoke in Chinese to the cab driver. Arriving after the stated check-in time I had to wait for 40 minutes while my room was finished being cleaned. In between my nights there when the room was made up with new sheets, it seemed like the new sheets had stains on them and I had to try to call to have them change them, but not understanding a word of English this was a struggle as well.
