We stayed for one night and had a great time. The hotel is beautiful and modern. The stuff is friendly and very helpful. Breakfast is excellent! Walking distance to the railway station. Will definitely stay again next time! Thank you.

Clean, efficient and lovely stay at Hyatt house. Super convenient as there is a large mall with many dining options nearby. Would definitely come back again!

房間跳電讓自己帶的NB損壞,還有許多果蠅,經反映還是無法改善與更換房間,飯店外車水馬龍交通吵雜聲又無法好好休息,是一個很不好的出差飯店選擇

房间设施比较新，但是没有洗衣机，长途一站一站出差，定公寓就是需要洗衣服，厨具需要单独要才给。 整体上看前台的态度有问题： 1. 前台问是否要额外消费，表示没有后，前台不打算收押金，但是马上追问是否吸烟，我订房时选择了吸烟，自然如实告知，立刻说要收押金，隐含的意思很明显，让我有被挖坑的感觉，而且话语间透着上海人的某种对外地人的小骄傲感染。 2. 还是这个前台，我要求他给我送厨具，结果只送来了锅，刀和案板呢？最起码的应该联想到的完整性。 总结就是，需要安放洗衣机，冰箱最好换一个静音度高一些的，前台的本地上海员工需要从态度上重新培训一下。

good location , clean , big room , close to Hongqiu airport and train station . Near a big shopping mall . But if you need to go to city centre , will takes over 1 hour .

近虹橋火車站，附近多食店、商店、十分方便。酒店整潔、房間有簡單廚房設備，前台職員有禮。

非常好的飯店，全新且房間坪數大。還有可愛的機器人嘉嘉每晚幫忙送水送包裹，附近生活機能很好。有吃有逛，還會再入住。

The hotel posted on its entrance a shuttle service to the National Convention Centre and back. The scheduled were listed. We took the 9:30am shuttle to the Convention Centre and was told to wait at the get off point for return. We planned to take the 5pm shuttle back and arrived the get off point at 4:45pm. Couldn’t find the shuttle so called up the hotel to find that the schedule has been changed to 4:30pm. Asked the hotel to call us back on the time of next shuttle. They never call back. We called 15 minutes later and they told us to wait at another place for a 5:30pm shuttle. We went but the spot was blocked by police. We called the hotel again. They asked us to call the driver direct. The driver said he already left and hanged up on us. We highly recommend NOT to stay in this hotel which can change schedule as they please and have no intention to help his customers and make no sense at all.
