We enjoyed the personal touch from your manager Miss Chan, Mr. Li and the courtesy of almost everyone that we met. Your restaurant has top quality and excellent good. I would not hesitate to recommend your hotel to others. We look forward to staying with Hyatt Regency next time we visit Shenzhen.
