Great spot near a plaza with great food court. Five minute walk to metro station.

The location is great, around 10 mins walk to the underground. There is also a new department store next to the hotel with restaurants and a super market. Good service and lobby area. The breakfast is ok compared to the money paid. Some improvements can be made on the sewage system which stink the toilet and the air conditioning in some room not working properly.

Hotel is near eateries and shopping centre.

The hotel looks messy. They try to give a hipster or millenial look but looks trashy. The walls of the floors are worned out. The toilet system had its flaws and had to use alternative methods to flush.

great place, nice food around, courteous staff

There was hardly any English speaking staff at reception. AS PER MY BOOKING I WAS OFFERED FREE MINI BAR SERVICE PER DAY BUT IT WAS REFUSED AT THE HOTEL.

Checked in and found half of the bathroom missing. Changed room and found half of the bathroom door absent too. Moved into the third room, the shower hear fell down to my feet. The hotel design is the same as other ibis but the maintenance is nightmare. Cleaness is not bad. Staff are friendly.

Location was really good, nearby metro station and many food restaurants. Hotel is as comfortable as the price you're paying can offer, overall just good. I did not like that the room smelled a lot like smoke.

Hotels. Com state there is an iron in the room, there is not, room is mouldy and disgusting, no air or extraction, fan is broken. Door key card did not work so they tried to give me a different room

OK ish hotel, great location - 300 metres away from the metro line no.9. The hotel is adjacent to a shopping mall where you can find plenty of restaurants.

On the first day of arrival, they gave a very shabby room on the ground floor saying that they do not have any other room. In the evening also, they said that they have no other room, but when I insisted for a change of the room, they alloted me a room on seventh floor which was good.

It's a good choice for a business trip in the Pudong area. There is a shopping mall, supermarket and restaurants just nearby. It's great there is a washing machine, dryer and Iron if you stay more than 1 week.

Very smelly place - not bad location. For sure not staying there again.

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. For example, my friends required extra mineral bottled water, the staff gave it to us without any charges.

Ibis Shanghai Lianyang hotel is located near eateries and supermarkets where food is easily accessible. If I am bored, I could also catch a movie at the nearby shopping centres.
