Javin at the front desk was absolutely awesome. I love this hotel and the service from EVERYONE is awesome! Looking forward to my next stay. I’ll stay at this property 30 nights this year. I’m calling the Intercontinental FOSHAN MY ABSOLUTE FAVORITE HOTEL and Javin my absolute favorite!

Amazing room upgrade! Javin helped me checkin. She is so friendly, helpful and professional. Hotel is lucky to have her. My room, view breakfast all superior. Hate to leave!

My expectation was high when I booked the hotel due to the picture of the swimming pool. The location was excellent and close to the subway station. Check-in was smooth and fast. Got a nice upgrade to a junior suite. The stay of the first few days was excellent except the very last day when I went to the swimming pool which is a non-smoking area but there were people smoking lying on the chair. However, no hotel staff enforces the rules. Also, the men's change room to enter the pool's area was not maintained well. I will stay in this hotel again but not using the swimming pool.

I have stayed in this property close to 30 nights this year. This time I received an upgrade to a superior suite. The consierge manager Tony and desk clerk Javon were especially kind and exceptionally helpful this trip. Front desk clerk Minky also particularly nice. Really enjoyed my stay. Look foward to my next trip

The main attraction was the outdoor pool and on arrival found out the pool would be closed the following day so very disappointed and the Chinese to English translation had the wrong dates so confusing. After establishing the pool Wouk be closed the hotel did offer a room upgrade which was appreciated. Very nice stay. Staff corrected the translation.

Rooms were very outdated. Booked a club room and it was no better than a standard room. Was on a non-smoking floor but rooms and corridors still smelt like stale smoke. Air-con is in the rooms but doesn't seem to change the temperature, we found the entire hotel to be extremely hot. Lots of the cardio machines in the gym were out of use during our visit and the gym was unbearably hot (even at 5am).

Not being mean but maintenance of the hotel is poor, there's no toilet can be used inside the changing room of swimming pool area, the cleaning condition is quite bad as well. Furthermore, I lost a small metal stick inside my room and am quite sure where i put, however, I can't get it back finally.
