InterContinental Hotels FUZHOU, an IHG Hotel

This hotel is next to Chating Metro station, and there are many public buses serving this area. Plus the friendly staff and clean room, it is highly recommended. I stayed 7 nights with my family of 3. If I visit Fuzhou again, I’ll stay in this hotel again.

Everything is good.

Good location. Close to public tranport. A nice small park nearby. Property seem well maintained, reported an issue with faulty sliding door that was supposed to separate bedroom and bath area, which was eventually fixed.

Everything was great, the only problem was that the personal keeps knocking the door even when you ask specifically for not disturbing.

It's seen a cockroach in the washroom.

This hotel is a fine choice for a slightly upscale property. The common areas are attractive and clean. The room was very quiet and comfortable, but an oddly laid out bathroom with no privacy took up almost half the room. TIP: Subway station very close to hotel, and great Chinese breakfast restaurant is directly across the street. Unfortunately, Fuzhou has a serious motorbike problem. They swarm all over the streets and sidewalks with no regard for pedestrians or traffic laws, a condition that is much worse than other Chinese cities. Be careful! Check out the beautiful park directly behind the hotel.

Rooms are huge and food in club lounge’s great. Metro station is right next to hotel. Will stay here again if in Fuzhou

Been there for the second time, it’s as nice as expected. However, it seems like female employees need to improve their friendliness than the males. Overall good!

Nice Staff, and very clean facility. got upgraded to an executive room for free, a beautiful shower room with full window view. Might visit again someday!

Stayed here overnight while switching trains so as not to rush with a lot of luggage etc. we are so glad we did. Hotel gave us an upgrade to a suite, it was like staying at a spa and all for a very reasonable price. Breakfast was everything you could ask for and more. My wife is Chinese and I’m western and we both had plenty of our favorites. My only regret is that we only stayed one day

Nice facility, but none of front desk staff speak enough English to be understood by non-Chinese. They don't understand English either. First night we went to the 6th floor restaurant, and there was no food. No meats--like NONE, a few vegetable dishes, a few soups and that was about it. The only beers they had left were Budweiser and Heineken. We took the Heineken, and it was served warm (like right out of the box). It was awful. Adding insult to injury, the restaurant staff could not understand our basic orders and took forever to come back and tell us they were out of almost everything. We waited for about 30 minutes for the warm beer, as well. Never again. I have stayed at this hotel once or twice before without issue, so management must have changed---for the worse. Best to take a pass on this InterDomestic hotel, unless you are a Chinese.

There is a metro station just round the corner of the hotel. 2 stations to San Fang Qi Xiang.

i only had one overnight while on the business trip. this is a nice big and clean hotel - great pleasure to rest for tired oversees traveler.

Location, location, location. Basically close to everything Nothing better than that
