空調系統比較舊 已按指示做 仍出不到冷風 聯絡房務 叫我関掉空調系統 等中央出風 最後只有冷風但並不舒適 不是空調

五星級酒店竟然冷氣不能調校溫度，但有標示指引如何調節室內溫度，但原來最後發現全酒店冷氣都是中央系統供應。房內氣溫永遠只能在18.5度 ，極度寒冷，作為五星級酒店的確有點不能接受。房內設計舒適，但開始有點日久失修，房間有點陳久

We checkin at 3pm and waited for 20mins on the queue which just has around 3/4 customers. Then I was told the room was not available and I could choose to downgrade. Then another 35mins I waited in the lobby for the room I booked. In the lobby I saw all these lousy scene people eating take aways and lying on sofa. I couldn’t imagine how they run this 5-stars like this .

房間和床都挺大的，很適合帶娃出行的家庭。

Check in counter 完全沒有五星级酒店的水平，晚上12點check in, 前台兩個人，而只有兩個人check in, 等了超過20分鐘或以上方可到我和另外兩個同事check in, 這是什麼服務？差評

整體來說是好，但設備等已開始老化。

The accommodation quality is good, the environment and location are good, and the service quality needs to be improved.

Except the building outlook, I couldn’t find any trace of Intercontinental Hotel since I stepped in it. The interior is worn out and the worst is it carries a smell of Chinese liquor in the lobby restaurant and it is not managed up to the standard we are used to in other Intercontinental hotels. The only good experience we had is the visit to its Japanese restaurant which provided high quality cuisines.

No USB for charging and it's very outdated support. Everyone needs to pay for charging the phone. The paid charger is not even having enough power when I paid for a whole day of it it does not support for longer than an hour

周邊環境維修工程，影響了 客房電梯要排隊，冇職員處理

Service, staff are extreme welcome, reachabld and helpful.

The room is clean and big enough. Shopping malls around the area.

房間冷氣不夠冷，來看了之後也沒有改善。要了一個風扇卻非常吵。

The spa was not available during my stay (under renovation) but it was not stated on their website. Quite disappointed because my boyfriend and I were really looking forward to a spa and massage there! Other than that, clean and extremely huge room with a lovely bath tub and shower. Bed was very comfortable and should definitely check out their pillow menu. Breakfast was okay, but would be great if there could be more choices! Fantastic location and overall a really wonderful experience.
