Positiv überrascht haben uns die vielen kleinen Großzügigkeiten des Hauses - kostenloser Early-Check-In und Late-Checkout, Erinnerungsgeschenke sowie der im Zimmerpreis inkludierte Afternoon Tea am Nachmittag, der auch ein kostenloses, hochwertiges Buffet aus kalten und warmen Speisen sowie ausgewählten Weinen enthielt. Uma ótima estadia, pena que a vista do quarto não tenha ajudado. Vídros super escuros e a noite não se vê absolutamente nada de Shanghai. Mas o hotel é muito moderno, isso não tem o que questionar.

Location is good, hotel room’s view is awesome that I can see the world financial centre and Oriental Pearl Tower. It is definitely world class view.
Room service is outstanding as staffs are polite and considerate.
Breakfast is included and food quality and food are outstanding.
I think J hotel Shanghai is the best hotel I visited in China.

旧正月のせいか、ラウンジには子供が走り回り、危険もそうだし、うるさくもなる。従業員はキチンと制止すべき。せっかくの高級ホテルで台無しになります。他の高級ホテルはラウンジには年齢制限しているところもあり、落ち着いて過ごせることができます。
