Sehr schönes Hotel und mit allen Zimmer in den oberen Stockwerken ist die Aussicht natürlich wunderbar. Auch die Zimmer sind sehr schön und geräumig.

The room was spacious and clean. Beautifully decorated with high ceilings. High tech as well. Gym is very well equipped. Did not get a chance to use the swimming pool but it looked good. Breakfast buffet is extensive and well priced at 100 yuan. We had room service twice which was prompt. Staff were all friendly and professional.

Had truly memorable 7-night stay at the JW Marriott Xi’an. This new property is beautiful, and it clearly befits the JW Brand. Its location is also very good. There is a big mall next door, and the metro is a 5-minute walk that can conveniently take you anywhere in the city.
The staff here are truly exceptional. Every staff member that I have met and has been very friendly and helpful. I will just mention a few examples:
1. Eddie from the front desk always went beyond his duty to help me navigate to certain locations by writing instructions so that don’t get lost.
2. Jenny from the JW Kitchen . Very morning made me feel welcome and no request during breakfast was too hard.
3. Lilly, Demi. And Nana from the executive lounge . All 3 ladies willing to go beyond their duty To help and show genuine interest in how your day has been
I nearly forgot to mention that the the food provided in the lounge during happy hour is excellent. It's a buffet dinner.
I can highly recommend JW Marriott Xi’an due to its wonderful staff and the other mentioned reasons
