太好的服務

The service is perfect! The breakfast is amazing!

餐廳食物美味，員工態度親切，每晚都送上美味的水果盤，很好。

我們傍晚搭火車至洛陽，酒店派車接我們二位入住，直到check in的過程中感受到溫馨，一到酒店又是奉茶，又幫我們準備水果及甜點至房間（天天都有喔！）高品貭的服務，有點感動，他們的全體員工的都非常友善，不收小費，我説服務比5星酒店要到位，他們是把顧客當成家人相待，自助早餐豐盛，出門的士也方便，又在商業中心，市中心，方便購物吃飯，但因洛阳正在建地鐵，交通有點混亂。明年牡丹花季，還想再去一次。

Meraviglioso! Il personale è di una gentilezza ineguagliabile, ci hanno aiutato a risolvere tanti problemi e di questo non finiremo mai di ringraziarli. La camera è moderna e bellissima, piena di comfort. Come segno di amicizia ci hanno messo la bandiera italiana accanto a quella cinese in stanza, appena arrivi ti fanno scegliere ciò che vuoi su una lista di cibi come benvenuto. La colazione è di altissima qualità con pesce, frutti esotici, succhi freschi, salati, dolci, una delle migliori mai assaggiate. Se ordinate in stanza, arriva il robot a portarlo. Lo consiglio a tutti

Virkelig venlige og hjælpsomme. Vi gik opgraderet vores værelse og ekstra gratis snacks. Rent & pænt. Man får meget for pengene her. Klart et sted, som kan anbefales.

We had a truly outstanding experience at this hotel. The staff were so helpful, friendly and attentive to every detail, even to the extent of delivering to us at the airport a phone charging cable we’d accidentally left behind in our room after checking out! It was probably one of the best customer experiences we have ever come across anywhere in the world and far better than the vast majority of five star hotels we have stayed in elsewhere (and we’ve stayed in dozens all over the world). Luoyang Christian’s Hotel should really be congratulated on their incredible efforts to make us comfortable and look after our every need -going well beyond what might be expected for a leading hotel. Well done Christian’s Hotel - you have set a very high standard of service. Keep it up!

The hotel service is warm and friendly. We had a great time.

The staffs were well trained and so kind to the guests. Very good breakfast and daily fruits and snacks were also wonderful. However, couple of things are needed for foreign guests. English and coffee at breakfast. Communication in English was not so good and I had to order coffee with dining room staff who does not understand English.
