珠海棕泉水疗酒店（拱北口岸高铁站店）

The room I booked is small for couple. Didn't like smokers smoking in their nonsmoking room. But nearby is a good street which makes choosing a meal interesting. Service is great and courteous.

The location is perfect for crossing over to Macao.Free shuttle from High Speed train station and Macao border. Manager Jackie very helpful in arranging one day trip around Zhuhai and Zhonghai. Friendly staff. Good restaurant. Breakfast is almost the same everyday. My fee included breakfast. I won't pay extra for it. Lots of foods nearby

The hotel is within walking distance from the Zhu Hai railway station, and Gong Bei Port. The hotel staff are very friendly, and go above and beyond to make sure the guests are happy. Breakfast is great. The hotel even offers free shuttle to the port of Zhuhai-Maco-Hong Kong Bridge, which I really appreciate, as it saves me a lot of time and energy. Thank you for the great service!

Facilities such as spa services across the hotel are awesome. Hotel dining is not expensive and delirious.

Very nice stay and comfortable bed and pillows. Opposite is the spa and massage which offers range of paid services. Also hire stay gives some free access.

Room and service were great in this hotel. On the first and second day, do not have room available with tub but on the third day upon request they managed to get us a room with tub. Quite a comfortable hotel to stay. However, if you make your booking through hotel.com you need to be aware of the statement written on the website. I booked a room for 2 adults and there stated breakfast for 2. But end up I only get breakfast for 1 after I confirmed the booking.

First, no greeting from the check-in counter staff (everyone face was sour). But the cleaners were so helpful and friendly. My family room is big enough to accommodate 4 of us esp the huge toilet. Breakfast only for 1 person and I found it a little pathetic! Transport is provided to and fro from the ferry terminal which was very convenience for us. Hotel staff did not recommend the spa (opposite our hotel) to us. We went to the spa only after checking out and tried for half an hour. Overall, my family enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to our friends.

Good service, especially the hot spring and sauna is 24 hours open. Good food with cheap price. Worth to come again with family when you want to visit Zhuhai.

Comfortable room though I wouldn’t choose a room without a window again. However I don’t recommend anyone stays here who doesn’t speak Chinese. Nobody can answer questions or requests so you have to go to front desk and use a translating app to ask for toilet paper! Yes toilet paper seems to be rationed....the reason to stay here is the large spa opposite. After a treatment therapist will thrust a paper in your face which asks you to circle your tip amount: 20/40/60/80/100 rupees. The sign in the room says “no forced tipping”. What is this paper? Highly persuasive tipping?. I never returned to the spa and of course will never stay at Palm Springs again.

Sub par, dirty, just unpleasant, old, inconsiderate staff, construction nearby starts 7am on the weekend. Very bad value overall. Will not stay here again.

Value for stay, near to the city

Best hotel we have ever stayed. Don't get deceived by the lobby's look and weird old fashioned set up. My wife and kids agreed with this. My daughter did not want to leave and still think the best moment of this two weeks trip was this hotel stay. High ceiling, dual beds, and super spacious high end modern bathroom. The staff was amazing. I could not get any cash out of 4 different banks ATM, and after a brief explanation to the hotel staff they offered to charge credit card and he would personally funded my WeChat wallet. I can't say enough about the service and accommodation. Highly recommended. Only complaint is too much construction around the area but it is not their fault.

I asked the staff twice about the boat to Hong Kong and they told me the last one was around midnight with confidence. It was until I missed my last boat to Hong Kong. This shows that the staff didn't really care about their customer as they didn't take time to really establish their needs and their ongoing trip or safety. Just feels like a hotel that I would just stay one night and not one I would return to because all they wanted was the money. However overall, the hotel was a good stay for the price you pay for in a convenient location close to the border. Easily nip across to hk or Macau.

Location a little off the main city area but still within walking distance to amenities and eateries. A little run down but if you like Spa, its' right next to a very nice Spa. A very convenient round trip MPV is provided every 20 mins to the harbour ferry point and to Gongbei underground shopping area.

The hotel was good, staff friendly and hotel clean. Except the fridge was faulty and they replaced it, but still faulty after replacing

Hotel is modern and close to everywhere; however, the rooms smelled heavily like smoke. The hotel tried to mask the smell with strong perfume in the hallway, but it made it worse. The smell triggered my asthma symtom and I was coughing all night long. The room also only come with one free breakfast, so you will have to pay to have breakfast for the second guest or to just eat alone. I would not recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel location is excellent. Very convenient if you like massage because this hotel have great massage services right next door. Food in the restaurant is very good too.
