No hot water for showers, hot water heater was junk

i use this hotel , over a period of many years. Location to central area good, for food , metro & tourism. Bed mattress & pillows have been updated, in my room 1#01. Laundry facilites have been removed , in last 3~4 wks & update is unknown, atm. Even though property interior feels “dated”, staff are friendly enough. Mandarin & Cantonese is used. English = unknown. I would use this hotel again , in future.

The location is great. Lots of restaurants nearby, 50 yards from a subway station, and a bust stop also very close. However, the room was just ok. Kitchen had no dishes or cookware, so it was pretty much a waste of space. The bed was the most uncomfortable I have endured in as long as I can remember. It served the purpose. One thing I found strange was that the reception desk said there was no breakfast. However, on the day I checked out, I saw people eating breakfast. Go figure.

The front desk service was excellent. When I asked them to change my room because of the sewage smell from the washroom drain, they did it promptly. The shower valve had problems in delivering hot water. Other than these two drawbacks, the apartment hotel is livable. The best thing for this hotel is its location. It is located just at the exit of a subway station. Transportation is extemely convenient. There is an abundance of restaurants, coffee shops, malls and street vendors in the neighbourhood. Very enjoyable in doing window shopping or trying various food items.

One of the best area to stay at Foshan. But the room is not as clean as the past.

We stay for a night, the room are very spacious. It very closed to Subway station , Shopping Malls. & Zumiao.

A little English from staff would help a lot.

Location, eateries, mrt, taxis, local history, hotel staff.. ALL good! Free use of laundry machines now !! Cable tv is mainly Cantonese or Mandarin mix (a few English & one japanese). Only thing lacking, are digital-safes are missing from the rooms. NO phone-handsets to call front-desk reception?!? Not everyone can have access to a China SIM card !! I am a regular at this hotel

Reception good, housekeeping good, clean quiet room, free use of laundry machines this time.. decor looks a little tired now, after a few annual visits. Location to metro, shops, eateries, some local sights, etc. Are ALL a great plus ! I'm a regular here.

Conveniently located next to subway and bus stations, shopping malls, and many restaurants.

The hotel is located next to Exit B of Zumiao Station. Beware, this hotel is at the Fosan Area. It takes close to 2 hours, and 2 transfers to get to the Baiyun airport. Moving of bigger piece of luggage is not an issue because escalators and lifts are available at the stations. Getting to Guangzhou city takes about an hour. But, this is a good compromise with the very cheap room rate, spacious room and relatively new building and amenities. The down side is that we had a noisy aircond in our room. We also need to adjust the hot water control knob frequently to get to a desire temperature when taking our bath.

Perfect locations, easy walk to Metro Station, restaurant and shopping Mall. Big rooms, comfortable bed, but the floor toilet has a bad smell.

The bath room is heavy smelly. The air conditioner is above the bed so that the blowing is directly forward to us, which is very very uncomfortable

We booked two rooms. One of them didn’t even have Wi-Fi and desk phone. When complained about it, they switch us to another room, which has Wi-Fi, but the whole room is full of smoke smell. We decided to stay the room without Wi-Fi, thanks to the fact that we ordered unlimited data plan with our iPhones. In another room, there was a terrible smell fin bathroom. The only benefit for staying in this hotel is location, which is very convenient.

Good location for taking on mrt as zumiao station B exit is just next to hotel..

Great location! Near to subway. Comfortable stay.

Going to china you are going to get less that what you see on photos. All beds in china are hard, so it takes a little getting use to. In comparison this hotel is considered really good in fo Shan especially given the price. But it’s got older and dirtier than the last time I was there 10 months ago.

Located at the Heart of Foshan. Near to Ling Nan Tiandi, several big shopping malls & local attractions. Big and clean room!
