It is near a highway but is quiet in general. There are many restaurants on the street next to it. A few staff members seemed inexperienced and had great difficulty finding a package for me that was sent in advance. The shower gel bottle was almost empty, which was surprinsing. Other that these little things, the stay was good.

Facilities are very new. Staff is friendly and very helpful. The location is very convenient, especially if you are looking to leverage the South railway station during your stay.

I came to Shanghai for a work trip. I found the location convenient location - near the subway, with a mall across the street with plenty of food options. Room was comfortable and clean.

Everything is just under 5 stars. Good, but not great. I think some rooms could use some rennovation. And a staff member that was bussing tables at the buffet was coughing and sneezing all over the tables/silverware at breakfast one day. I'm sick now 🤒 Aside from those issues, great hotel! Plenty of stores and restaraunts nearby, and even a mall right next door, and Shanghai south tran station is a 15 min walk away.

Excellent facility and location. Front desk not particularly helpful. One of them wont even help call a taxi and suggested a 40 mjn walk.

Check in was fine. Room was large but hot and couldn’t get the ac working. Breakfast was aimed at Chinese customers so less for European travellers however I didn’t see any other Europeans in the hotel the entire trip. Couldn’t get a taxi and no one to help on 3 occasions

Overall, the property is fine with the room is dated.

Excellent service. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. I don’t have local phone number couldn’t get a didi account (like Uber). The staff used his personal phone to ordered a car for me.

Location is within walking distance of the train station. Check in was easy. Room upgrade was given. My only complaint was the breakfast, it was not as good as Pullman Jingan near shanghai station, many choices seemed from the day before, not fresh. The breads, cereals, bread pudding, many of the foods did not taste that good. Just the juices and water was good and the omelet ///

Was very cold but the hotel was super easy to locate and within walking distance from the location I was at. Very Stylish and being away from home on christmas my only comfort was the room.

Had a neck massage at the spa. It wasn’t very good. I asked for neck shoulder massage, but they charged me two times the neck massage which is more than the neck shoulder massage. There was a 20% for in-house guests, however they did not give me the discount, even when I billed it to the room. I went to back to resolve the pricing but was refused at any point I made

Nice hotel - would stay again.Location and Restaurants are hard to beat.

nice and friendly hotel to stay, 10 mins walking to metro station. Surroundings are quiet, especially if you are going to take train from Shanghai South station ( no bullet train from this station). The Chinese restaurant inside hotel is yummy.

Nice clean and a good staff , but not nice to stop with the tooth brush

Hotel is nice and clean. Staffs are Friendly. Breakfast and Lunch Buffet is good. There is a Shopping Plaza and Subway Train Station near the Hotel.

The front desk reception staff was exceptionally polite and helpful. Its front desk manager Gary He is a natural hotelier. He is always available. Gary is naturally courteous and a wonderful manager at this hotel.

Hot water at tub and sink, but not the shower

Nice hotel, excellent experience. Breakfast is beyond my expectations.
