整體十分滿意

这家酒环境清静，员工服务的态度很好，工作效率高，房间整齐干净，餐厅的食物不错，但中餐厅可以选择的菜色较少。

服务态度很棒，会再来入住

very poor air conditioning... super hot in room. But staff are very helpful and tried very hard to sort out the problem. Unfortunately, it is a hardware issue...

酒店服务超级好，前台特别热情，给升级了套房。 早餐我非常喜欢，有鲜榨果汁，居然还有冰草沙拉！！ 只是酒店房间的设计不特别，看起来档次不是很高，但比较价格也比较低，总体来说相当超值啊！！

Hotel location close to Qingdao airport and has free shuttle bus service to deliver guest to airport. I do not need and do not like to take TAXI to airport as I met some bad TAXI drivers in Qingdao several time before.

住过很多次这家酒店，这次体验较差。第二天早上被隔壁房间的噪音吵醒，好像是在修理什么，叮叮当当的。后来楼下办婚礼的开始放炮，震耳欲聋，跳楼的心都有了。很多人认为放鞭炮是中国文化，我认为它是中国文化中的糟粕，第一破坏环境，第二噪音扰民，陋习何时了？酒店不应再支持或放纵这样的行为。

The hotel is nice but is located in a quite remote area

入住當日室外氣溫是攝氏三十二度，房間的空調即使把溫度調至最低、風力調至最大，奈何房間溫度仍然維持在廿七，八之間，晚間實在難以入睡！

住宿環境還不錯。房間服務還不周到，毛巾等要催促才送來。

I enjoy staying at this hotel every time on business in town. It is close to the airport, next to a large park, and with a lot of Korean restaurants cross the street. Staff are smiling and helpful. Canteen boss even remember my face now.

There are only two running machines, it would be better to have more to reduce the waiting time.

Heating did not work enough, and there is no extra blanket in the room. There is a swimming pool but it is not in the hotel. I prepaid the rooms but the front desk charged me any way, which was settled with customer service several days later. We were asked to pay for breakfast, and when we checked out they told us they tore it into pieces - tried to figure out that it means we do not have to pay. Strange way to put it .. they need training. Hotel needs management.

After Covid period, no longer Holiday Inn Hotel brand. And the name was changed to Holiday Hotel. I've been staying here every year for more than 10 years, but it's getting old and undermaintained.

다 좋은데 조식이 별로입니다.

Much has changed at this property. It was a holiday inn before and now it is not. So the Executive Room with VIP access to the Executive club is no longer available. The website still shows that they have an Executive lounge. Its gone. The lounge is now a clothing shop. No more bar insude. No amenities. I will not stay here on my next visit.
