青岛美墅假期海边别墅

没有住到网页中实际的酒店，而是被安排到附近这家酒店的分店，就所在小区的环境情况，不如网页中酒店的周边环境好。明明提早预订了房间，还是不能退款的那种，为什么实际住宿时却没有房间了，不清楚酒店的房间安排是怎么回事。重新安排的房间说是提升到海景房，但实际却是花园房。不清楚是不是因为这一天是积分兑换的房间，所以就可以随意更改居住地，如果真是如此，希望hotels和酒店能做好协商。

180度海景房很棒，每天起床都很期待拉开窗帘望着大海。服务也很热情。时间不短的酒店设施，比不上五星的干净度，但是总体是很愉快的入住体验！

酒店是在天林花园里的一栋小别墅 旁边风景很好 个人觉得交通不够便利 还是住在栈桥附近方便 酒店早餐不错 小餐厅还能帮客人加热食物很好 隔音太差 晚上楼上客人上楼梯讲话声音听的很清楚

卫生环境差

由於深夜到涉，本來訂下的房間向海有露台，卻被安排到沒有露台的房！住了兩晚後被要求轉房，原因是方便團體整座包房！本來想說行個方便人家也沒有所謂！一早放下行李就出門，回來時卻發現被換到更小的房間也沒有露台！要求換房卻說已滿房！付了大房露台房價錢卻住小房間，感覺被騙！

整體不錯，就是性價比低一些，近似民宿的模式，廁所實在太狹窄了，還要只安裝了淋雨式的花灑，出水極慢，超不爽的。 還好是床及被都非常舒適，睡得很甜。

性价比较差，家庭式旅店感觉，房间小，早餐酒店只能订外卖，无餐厅提供早餐服务，酒店位置还不错。

不`嫌洗臉盆安在浴室外, 室內空間狹窄; 頂層望海環境是可以的。地區在西部,近化德國區。打的去不會過15元。

편안하고 좋은 숙박. . 바로 앞에 칭다오해변이 연결되어 천천히 걸으며 휴양하기 좋았답나다.

The bathroom is too small, and the shower would get the floor all wet. The rooms are a little bit too small and there was a weird smell. The furnitures can be seen as old. However, the breakfast was pretty okay and the view from the dining area was beautiful.

Quite nice and unique hotel experience. A little difficult to find as others have mentioned it is in a gated residential area. Maybe not for the business traveler unless you are looking for something different. Can see this would be great for the solo traveler or a couple looking to get away. Just steps away from the seaside boardwalk. You can walk in either direction and just take in the view. We enjoyed our stay here and the staff was very helpful in giving suggestions for meals or day trips. Qingdao is such a beautiful city!

We paid extra for a Seaview room, but was told no room available in the front building. We had a glimpse of the sea between two buildings! Not exactly a SEAVIEW ROOM one should charge. The sheets are clean, but the room was never cleaned or serviced. The aircon duct is filthy. If one showers, one get the bathroom wet. There is no shower area! The breakfast area is very nice with Seaview and large glass window overlooking the garden, then the sea.

I had some difficulty finding the location of the hotel and didn't know it was inside a gated area, but when I called the hotel, a staff member came out to find me and took me directly there. All the staff were very kind! My room did not have an ocean view, but was comfortable and clean.

I know that we only booked a hotel room instead of a suite, but we were still surprised that this is actually the master bedroom of a house - all other rooms have been remodeled and turned into hotel rooms as well.

오션뷰가 맘에들었고, 직원들도 친절해서 좋았습니다. 중국에서 영어 안되는건 어쩔수 없다고 생각하면 나름 괜찮았구요. 다만..장소가 외져서..주변에 아무것도 없습니다. 주택가에 있어서, 편의점이라도 이용하려면 무조건 택시를 타야하구요..접근성은 상당히 떨어지는것 같습니다. 내부시설 등은 특이사항없구요..5.4광장까지 걸어서 약 20분 걸리는것 같습니다. 걸어다니는거 상관없고, 그냥 휴양하실분이라면 추천..번화가 원하시면 비추입니다.

바다가 보이는 방으로 예약했음에도 불구하고, 정원이 보이는 방이 배정되어서 확인을 요청하니 그제서야 바다가 보이는 방이 없다는 말을 한다. check-in 이전에 미리 양해를 구하거나 방이 없으면 예약이 안되도록 해야지, 강력히 投诉하여 방 가격 차액은 돌려받았으나, 그게 정말 차액의 전부인지도 알수 없거니와 미리 양해를 구하지 않는것 자체가, 언어 문제로 이의제기를 못하는 사람들을 속이려는 심산으로밖에 안보인다. 참으로 맘에 안드는 곳이다. 방은 퀸침대 사이즈에 좌우하측으로 50cm~1m 정도의 공간만이 있는.. 무슨 고시원보다도 더 좁은듯 하다. 복도의 소리가 바로 다 들리는 방음 역시 문제, 6개월째 중국을 돌아다니고 있지만 이런 호텔은 최악의 수준에 속한다고 본다. 그나마 방 안의 시설은 비교적 깨끗한 편이다. 그리고 위치 또한 바로 앞에 바다가 있어 나쁘지 않다. 방 예약 문제만 아니라면 가격대비 괜찮을 듯 하다. 그리고 가격도 다른 호텔에 비해 그리 저렴한 편은 아니다. 지도가 잘못되어 있어, 초행길에 찾기에 만만치 않다. 바이두 지도앱을 사용하는게 비교적 정확하다. 빌라 단지 내부에 위치한.. 酒店같지 않은 곳이다. 몇십분 동쪽으로 걸어서 5.4공원, 올림픽 공원을 갈수 있다. 위치는 좋지만, 그게 고의든 아니든 이렇게 관광객을 속이는 곳이라면 다시 오고 싶지는 않은 곳이다.그리고 청도에는 생각보다 호텔이 많고, 시설이나 가격도 여기보다 나은 곳이 많았다.

The staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough for us, the position was fantastic and nice views, walks and close to the brewery, the German quarter and the city as well as on the ocean... I wouldn't stay anywhere else!
