Nice hotel, reasonable price. Only thing needs improving is car parking.

基本上飯店非常好，不管是服務、硬體設施，都有相當好的水準，尤其是人員服務我真心覺得做得好。但是有一點讓我非常傻眼，我當天入住後發現房內悶熱，想要開冷氣空調，結果發現沒有冷氣，於是打電話到服務中心，竟然告知飯店不供冷氣，而且一個月前就不供冷氣了。我非常無言，盡管當時的天氣大概在22-16度之間，但是開不開冷氣應該是房客自行決定，而不是跟房客說這種天氣不需要冷氣，所以不提供。其實我真心不知道是被騙了，還是真的有停供冷氣的政策，結果住了三天，兩天下午回去飯店都要忍耐悶熱到晚上，我覺得這點真的是完全無法忍受，因此整體我還是不滿意。

這是新旅館，衛浴用品品質好，床枕非常舒服，真的是讓出差的疲累都完全的釋放了! 非常推薦!!

A good, clean, comfortable hotel.

近くにショッピングモールがあるので食事をするのにも特に困る事はありませんでした。また、朝のメニューは種類も多く快適なホテルステイでした。

We stayed in this hotel for 8 days. The hotel is located in the new district of Changzhou. There are several bus lines at the door step of the hotel. The hotel looks quite new and very clean. The complimentary breakfast was very good. I was particularly delighted with the quality of the coffee served in the morning. Our stay in the hotel was in the mid of November. The outdoor temperature was around +10C during our stay. The lobby and the breakfast area were quite cold for someone like us from North America as we are used to some 20C indoor temperature. No heating was provided in the first few days of our stay, making in-hotel dinning quite an unpleasant experience. After my complains to the management during our evening dinning in the hotel, heating was turned on in both the lobby and the breakfast area the next day. Although our room was quite clean, there as an unbearable smell from the washroom. We had to keep the exhaust fan running 24/7 in order to lessen some of the smell. After a bit investigation, it was found that the smell came from the drain opening, both in the shower and near the toilet. The same smell was also spotted in the main washroom in the lobby. Looks like major sewage cleaning is needed.

Hotel was very good, rooms are big enough, very nice design and decoration. Location is just ok. we had some roblems at check in and couldn't find our reservation and kept us there 10 minutes, later they found. People are very friendly, very good service. Breakfast is fine. overall, we are very happy.

Very good stay and enjoyed the positive attitude of their staff esp. the ladies servicing at the bar and the lobby manager Miss Wang Cici who provided excellent services to all of us including proactively offered to book train tickets and taxi for us. Appreciated all these services !

호텔 및 객실은 깨끗하고 가격에비해 훌륭하다 생각합니다. 그러나 호텔스닷컴의 문제인지 호텔의문제인지 현장에서 결재를 하겠다고 예약시에 표시하였으나 일방적으로 호텔에서 미리 카드결재를 수행하였으며 이부분이 제대로 설명이 되지 않았습니다.

お勧めです。 快適でした。 部屋の中は最高でした。 夜のバイキングもお手頃価格で、美味しかったです。 次回も予約します。

次回も同じところに泊まりたい。止まった時は地下鉄工事で騒音ありましたが、あまり気になるレベルではなかった。

아침 음식은 괜차은 편임.근처에 takeout 할 곳의 닭 복음탕 하는 요리는 추천. 간편하게 발마사지도 가능함. 이마트가 없어져서 슈퍼는 없음

호텔방은 상당히 우수합니다. 조식도 꽤 괜찮은 편입니다. 한국 사람이 몇몇 있는 것 때문인지 김밥도 나오더군요. 가격도 적정한 편이고 딱히 호텔 자체는 흠이 없습니다만, 주변 환경이 그렇게 좋은편은 아닙니다. 우선 시내와 꽤 떨어져서인지, 주변에 마땅히 고객과 같이 식사를 할 곳은 없습니다.(개인 식사는 로컬 음식점이 꽤 있습니다.) 마트도 작은 로컬마트정도 밖에 없습니다. 외국인 이용이 적은지, 음식점이나 발 마사지를 받으러 가면, 신기해 합니다. 그리고, 주변 공사가 많이 진행되고 있습니다. 기차역과는 약 20~30분 정도 잡으시면 될 것 같습니다.
