飯店前台經理服務熱心，協助安排適當的房間。附近交通較不方便，離地鐵站有點距離。附近有兩個商場，走一小段可以到達。總體來說還不錯，以這個價格，還可以。

早餐差。 酒店服務員的態度很慢

酒店總體不錯，附近有商場，購物方便，房間舒適，酒店前台員工態度良好。唯一是預訂無障礙浴室，但酒店只有一間房間有此設施，而房間已有客入住未能安排，因而安排將房間升級以作補償，算是一負責任行為。

訂房時有含2份早餐.飯店收到的資訊卻是1份早餐.希望以後不要再發生此狀況

前台manager Ms. Sophia Zhao and 營運總監 Ms. Candy Huang, 待人親切, 服務周到.

離機場近. 交通便.

When I do the check in, the receptionist is not so friendly and energy to serve people. Not bad attitude but also not good things.

相比下酒店的設施最為不足，房間沒有大燈，只有床旁的燈，書桌上的枱燈也壞了，總括房間幾暗。馬桶都常塞，打電話叫職員幫手清潔，服務好，有禮貌。 對這酒店印象頗好。

they says that the metro station is only 3 minutes walking, and are 30 minutes

Initially I thought this hotel would be in a middle of town where the window view would be bad. But it turns out you can see greenery from the window! Also, the toilet has bathtub and shower to choose so if is very good. Also, the desk lamps are bright enough to generate a good working vibe

今後便利になるんでしょうが、2018年3月では周りは工事をしているところが多く、空気も汚れているうえ、特にこれといった楽しげな所もありません。モールが2件あるくらいです。駅からも遠いので、付近の工場や会社に用事がある方向けのホテルという感覚です。個人的には次は泊まりたいとは思いませんでした。部屋はこのクラスのホテルでは一般的なスペックです。

Good parts about this hotel: - Clean - Bed is comfortable - Internet works well Bad parts: - Restaurant closes at about 9:00PM - we arrived late, could only get limited menu items. - the lighting in the room is very hard to use/near impossible in the dark.

One late night stay due to late arrival at airport

ホテルの予約がないから始まり、最後は支払われてないと言われ、払えと迫られ、払ってると言っても、サイトから返金すると、散々なやりとり、正直、最低でした

My biggest complaint was that I booked 3 rooms and they only had reservations for 2 rooms. This confused things at both check in and check out and took over an hour to resolve. Fortunately I have my paperwork from hotels.com, but it still took forever! Somehow my booking had a smoking room. This could have been my fault when I booked the rooms, but then to switch rooms to non smoking, they charged a VERY high fee. But we had no choice at that point! The least they could have done was absorb the room differential! Long story short, I felt we got scammed and I will not only NEVER ago to this hotel again, I will avoid all Ramadas! Customer service is not an idea they are familiar with!!!!!

Nobody at the hotel could speak english or help us to order a taxi or help us with any issues
