Came to Chongqing from Beijing on business trip together with my colleagues. I must say I am impressed with the facility, service, and professionalism of this hotel! One of the more unique touch hotels compares to other Hotel chains' cold systematic process approach. Sylvie from the concierge office did an outstanding job of giving us excellent local Hotpot restaurants, Nightlife place. Thanks to her local knowledge, we had a wonderful time in Chongqing! For sure I'll stay here again when I'm back!

Staff were wonderful, incredible attentive and accommodating. Rooms have a valet box so you can have things delivered and not sit in a hallway. A truly wonderful experience and will for sure look to stay here again when visiting Chongqing.

Dieses Hotel ist wirklich ausserordentlich! Das Zimmer sehr sauber und geräumig, die Betten bequem, das Bad sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Personal sowohl an der Reception als auch der Concierge sind hilfsbereit und freundlich. ( Danke an Kent für die Hilfe und guten Tips bezüglich Ausflügen). Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig, es enthält alles was das Herz begehrt. Auch hier ist das Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das chinesische Restaurant ist sehr empfehlenswert. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder.

This is truly amazing high standard of service and and quality, the STAFF is excellent And the rooms and views better than on pictures! If u visit Chong Qing this Hotel is A Must !!! A truly beautiful hotel across from the Hanya Cave site. A park next door and convenience shops nearby. Its easy to take the train across the bridge to get to the tourist sites. It costs less than 75 cents to take the train in this way. Very calm place to dip in and out of the bustling Chongqing tourist areas from.
