酒店很好

Honestly, this is a very beautiful hotel in a good location of central Sanya. However, this is a Chinese owned and managed hotel. The service is very bad. They don't even provide any international electric convertor. When I called the operator to ask for a convertor, she replied me as "NO, we don't have it and nothing I can do about it" in Chinese. This is so Chinese. The food is bad as well. The breakfast buffet is boring. Most of the food are only for mainland Chinese. The swimming pool is beautiful and big. But they didn't even turn on the water pump. So be expected the water is not clean. There are quite many equipment in the gym, but look very old and broken. They don't even turn on the air-con in the gym. In general the whole hotel looks beautiful from a distance, but look very bad when you look closer. If you want to have a good holiday in Sanya. Go somewhere else. Better stick with international brand. If it's not because my in-law is living in the building next to this hotel, I would not have booked it in the first place.
