Shanghai Charms Hotel

Very good hotel, large room and everything is nice. Location is very best one. Going to Shanghai? Always stay in Charms Hotel.

Phòng ở thoải mái, đầy đủ tiện nghi như trong ảnh. Dịch vụ tốt. Nhân viên có thể giao tiếp bằng tiếng Anh với khách khá tốt. Vị trí khách sạn tiếp cận được nhiều tiện ích xung quanh, như: ga tàu điện ngầm, trung tâm mua sắm, giải trí, những địa điểm nổi tiếng của Thượng Hải (Quảng trường Nhân dân, Tháp truyền hình,...).

It's old building hotel, so all things kinda old. But they have friendly staff who will assist you if you need anything. Foods was good. Only one thing that a bit disappointed me regarding the breakfast quota. I booked a deluxe room capacity for two person, written free breakfast. But the first morning when we went to have breakfast, our room card just show breakfast for one person on their system, then there was a bit arguing on the front desk, finally we got two breakfast quota. I just never experienced things like this with other hotel. It was kind of weird, when you booked a room for two with free breakfast but you only got one quota breakfast instead, and it didn't written down on the app that breakfast only for one. but overall it was good. Location is strategic, near to Nanjing Road, People Square, 20 mins walk to the Bund. I will stay here again, next time only need to double confirm about the breakfast quota.

I was lucky to get the big conner room with the window. The room is not perfect clean, but compare to the price it was ok to stay for 3 nights. The breakfast is also ok to have included in the package we choosed, it was not too fancy but enough for the breakfast. The location is very good, in the middle of Nanjing Road, It is very close to 2 subway station (People Square, and Nanjing). *Deposit request for 200Yuan, I paid by credit card(Visa accepted. and now waiting for the refund.

Pernah baca sih sarapan cuma buat 1 orang, akhirnya ngalamin sendiri. Tolong ditulis saja sebelum orang pesan biar tidak kecele. Soalnya untuk business trip jadi repot lagi satunya tidak makan.

The air conditioning is broken, it's actually colder outside than in the room, the breakfast only for one person, no Information before the interior, not same as photo, it's very old but the location is great near Nanjing road and metro.

Jangan menginap disini. Horror seperti neraka/penjara.

Sangat bagus pelayanan receptionistnya. Harganya sangat terjangkau, tempatnya melebihi ekspektasi harga. Lokasinya sangat dekat dengan pusat kota, pusat perbelanjaan dan metro, jalan kaki juga nyaman, nyaman saja.

Staf hotel judes dan bahasa inggrisnya kacau sekali. Hotel sudah kuno sangat perlu renovasi dan perbaikan management banget. Yang mengherankan breakfast hanya untuk 1 orang saja. kalau lokasi sungguh urur rebiasa.

Sarapan jelasin kalau breakfast cuma 1 orang. Kamarnya bau. Wah pengalaman pahit.

Overall is ok. Carpet in room is little bit old.

Lokasinya strategis dekat pusat perbelanjaan dan kuliner Shanghai.

It doesn't look as good as the picture here. But the location is so strategic, near the People Square metro and East Nanjing Road metro. 3 mins walk to East Nanjing Road shopping center. Many restaurants are still open until 12PM. Many Ofo bikes parked near the hotel which makes it easier to go everywhere. 1 KM from the Bund, 1 KM from the famous Yang's dumpling and Jia Jia Tang xiao long bao. The room is quite old with an old carpet. My room was without window (I intentionally buy it because that's the only left room that I got), but that's okay. It's still clean although you could smell the old carpet. The room has microwave, bath robe, bath tub, fridge, tv, hairdryer. The lighting is not too bright so don't expect it will be as bright as in the picture. If I return to Shanghai and can't find another hotel with the same budget, I will stay in this hotel again.

Very near the shopping district

Daerahnya dekat sama parawisata bagus hotelnya dalamnya karpetnya bau.

Seharusnya dituliskan kalau kamar tidak berjendela sehingga bisa pilih tipe kamar lainnya.

Hotel cukup dekat dengan lokasi belanja Nanjing Road cuma berjalan sekitar 50 meter.

Hotel yang tua dan kamar mandi sangat kecil serta breakfast yang monoton..saya pesen 1 kamar 2 orang tp ternyata voucher breakfast hanya untuk 1 org..
