上海雅居乐万豪侯爵酒店

住在这里真是太好了。工作人员非常友好，乐于助人。地理位置优越，靠近地铁和南京路。

Semua perfect, tidak hanya kamar, lokasi saja yang perfect, tetapi staff-nya juga amat sangat helpful.

The hotel is grand and well maintained. It is also very well managed. The hotel staff I met were polite and helpful. Made me felt respected and welcomed. I also got an upgrade to a bigger room. Breakfast and buffet dinner were excellent with numerous choices. But, the Chinese dishes were having not many choices and taste not as good as the western dishes. I suggest that Canton dishes such as Dim Sum and Siu Mei can add different flavour to the existing northern orientated dishes. The samsung TV was good and had casting function, so that I can use my phone to watch whatever I like. My only complaint was the wifi speed which was not good at night during peak hours keeping me waiting while I was watching movie vide my phone.

酒店的地理位置一流，步行5-10分鐘便到南京路步行街，酒店對面便是人民廣場站。交通便利，相連一個小美食廣場。不足之處便是早上電梯需要等很久。另外大堂人員比較冷漠，不是沒有禮貌，而是冷漠。
