The room is big, clean & the bed and pillow also OK … surrounding by the electronic mall … only taxi can't drop you at the in front of the hotel. Must be at the busy street.

Kamar dan hotelnya lumayan bagus, tetapi staf receptionisnya pada saat menangani saya check-in sangat tidak profesional, check-in sangat lama, ada antrian panjang tetapi tidak cekatan, menangani satu orang yang check-in bisa memakan waktu 35 menit, dan waktu saya check-in jelas-jelas saya booking untuk jenis kamar deluks yang 1 ranjang, tetapi dia bilang saya dapat kamar di deluxe yang ranjangnya twin. Dan kalau saya ingin minta ranjang yang double atau king harus tambah uang lagi, sedangkan ini masalahnya bukan saya minta ganti tipe kamar ke yang lebih besar, hanya saya minta kamar yang 1 ranjang dan itu sesuai di tipe kamar yang saya booking. Kenapa saya harus mengeluarkan uang lagi hanya untuk minta bed yang double size bukan yang twin. Untuk pihak hotel diharap lebih profesional untuk masalah servicenya karena hotel kalian bagus dan lumayan mewah, sayang kalau hanya karena pegawai anda yang tidak profesional bisa mengurangi review bagus dari hotel anda!
