Very Clean, Comfortable Bed, great breakfast service

I like this hotel overall. However, I checked out on 5/24, but the withheld security deposit from my credit card has not been cancelled as of 6/10. I called the hotel for twice already. I am not happy with their accounting department/system. Also, the room card did not work for elevator frequently. My co-worker in my local office told me that he met the similar problem a couple years ago already. We think the elevator system for room card reader need to be updated.

stayed here for a week, from the front office manager to the general manager of the hotel came and introduced themselves and greeted well.

Very nice. It is better to set at least one shaver in a room. Thank you.

服務好 附近生活機能好

整體非常棒的飯店。乾淨寬敞CP值高，服務人員很貼心，大熱天check in馬上遞上冰毛巾跟冷飲，態度也很親切!

자주 이용하는 호텔입니다.... 깨끗하고 관리가 잘되어 있습니다.

場所も良く、朝ごはんも美味しかった！
