酒店挺好的，員工服務態度都很好，一般五星級酒店該有的都有了，只是辦理入住手續時不知是 Expedia攪錯了或是酒店方面沒收到指示，鬧了3O分鐘都未能 check in.

Check-in後，主動幫我升級行政樓層，但到客房後才發現大問題--空調不冷，打到房務中心說是天冷不開，跟櫃台詢問說是中央空調在維修，如覺得熱，可以開窗及提供風扇，這是五星級酒店該有的設備嗎？室內溫度27度，我這樣過了兩天。再來冰箱不冷，開門刷卡時常感應不良，在發生兩次後，我只好找大堂經理幫忙了，他在了解並確認後，幫我換了一間套房，才解決相關問題。

The beds when booking a 2 bed room are twins. We upgraded when my husband arrived and the beds were too small. I slept on the floor the last night as we got in late from Mt hua and had a 6am pick up. I needed sleep, so the floor it was. No time to change. Also, the pool closed for renovations. This is good as its an amazing pool and the reason I go there. Need bigger queen beds
