Good service.

Everything is good except some services are not exactly as advertised. I see that SPA is open till 2:00AM, but not all advertised spa services are available till 2:00AM. Foot Massage services aren't available when I called at 00:12.

My stay was good. Staff need to have better knowledge of English and late night order menu very limited of foreign travellers. Otherwise the staff are very helpful.

I did not catch my flight after 8-hour’s drive due to a snow storm. I aarived around midnight and with a speedy check in, I got to my room and had a good night sleep. The reception got me a taxi for the next morning ride to the airport. It was not my first stay at this hotel, and I will for sure come back because I enjoy my stay here.

It’s right next to the beach, so would be pleasant in the summer but not when we visited in November when it’s pretty windy and rainy. There is a supermarket nearby and a noodle restaurant but not much else. There is a gigantic Aeon Mall about 5 mins away by taxi but not walkable during windy season. The hotel room is comfy and overall pleasant stay, except that the staff at the front desk is not that ‘going out of their way to help you’ with very basic service attidude. The Aeon mall was actually found by myself by exploring brochures in the hotel, when the closest mall the staff mentioned was more than 30 minutes ago.

Worst experience and staying !!! Unpleasant front desk attitude. Hot water in bath tub is broken. Room number is 3105. smelly towel. My wife get sick after eating breakfast there.

The beach was wonderful.

They say real estate is all about location. In Sheraton Yantai case, they are right. First, it is so far away from Downtown Yantai, that it should not be considered Yantai..... 45 miles west. The only thing convenient with its location is the airport. Second, the ocean has dead fish, bottles, and debris washing up onto the shores. The beach is literally littered with junk and smells like sewage. Within the hotel walls, the experience was very nice. Stay away from the west part of Yantai, known as "the new development".

This hotel was fabulous. The room was a generous size, functional with large bath and the decor - modern, pleasant and relaxing. The price was extremely low. Would expect to pay 3-4 times the amount in other Cities in the world. Included in the price was breakfast (an amazing spread) and free WiFi. A comfortable and relaxing stay with some lovely staff to make sure the stay was easy. Gym and huge indoor swimming pool plus tennis court and lovely restaurants. All you would expect from the best Sheraton.

Stayed one night last week in a premier seaview room and first impression was WOW!! Typical Sheraton class, a very well appointed room, Check in was fast and efficient no problem with english, porter was very courteous and knowledgeable. Bedding was just perfect, you stay 5 star and you should always get the best bed, selection of pillows etc. Fabulous view of the beach from the panorama windows. Room service food was quick,delicious and very reasonably priced. Definitely recommend staying here

The hotel was very nice but the room was really cold. I put the heat on to maximum but the room did not get warm enough.

location is my only concern unless you work for GM. it's far from city and surrounding is like a dead city. but the hotel is brand new and very good. dinner buffet is a must try.

Outrageously great value for a Sheraton. After moving rooms to distance myself from the 9-11 PM nightclub wing, they then turned on hot water in the room and replaced the light fixture which was shorting out the electricity. By the third day I was in good shape. Buffet breakfast (included with room) was absolutely incredible. Yue restaurant great and inexpensive. Staff was awesome with this caveat; per Chinese culture, if they couldn't do something (bring a dessert menu or ice) they just said they would, walked away and never came back. Otherwise they were amazingly gracious and helpful. I'd absolutely stay here again and will on my next trip.

Outstanding staff.....the hotel is new so sad the venues are still empty- everyone did so much to make me feel welcome - love to come back

Satisfied with the stay. The hotel changed the room to the end of the corridor, which is very close to the seaside and we can watch the sea from the big window.
