地點方利，附近有購物商場及餐廳，去一般本地團的集合熱點很近打的10RMB便可。酒店很好。

Yuki and Sammi were very helpful during the check in process. Martin was very nice to guide us the way to nearby attractions. Very friendly service to children. Good hotel.

It is not a place that easy to get a taxi, I asked the staff to help me call taxi. They are so nice and enthusiastic. Everything is not bad but the most disappointing me is that the pillows are smelly. I wonder the staffs did not change the pillows after the last customers have used them or the pillowcase was not dried enough by the clothes dryer.

非常优异，全新酒店装修高档，服务特别周到；离甲秀楼及中华路购物街，步行距离5-10分钟，附近性价比最高的五星级酒店。已经第二次入住，几无可挑剔

大堂在55层，非常豪华；服务贴心周到；客户明亮整洁，景观非常好。惟酒店在旧城区，附近环境不甚理想。

酒店新开业，自己的停车场还没修好，借用亨特国际的停车场，非常不好找，条件差且不方便。其它一切均好，景观好，位置好，硬件设施一流，是目前贵阳城区最好的酒店之一

We really enjoy the staying at Sofitel. Only the drive way to the entrance is a little too narrow. Sometimes the car has to wait to get to the entrance.

I have to take three different elevators from guest room to parking lot.

A very nice hotel. We had a pleasant and peaceful stay for 3 days. The hotel is clean and modern with good amenities and conveniently located on top of a large shopping mall and at a location where it is quite easy to get a taxi. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would have given the place a higher rating except that I had prearranged to pay for our stay in local currency. Instead the hotel charged our stay to our credit card used for deposit at the time of check-in, causing some confusion.

All the staffs are very pleasant. Good room size and the beds are very comfortable. Nice view.

The hotel is very nice and in one of the highest building in Guiyang. Location is also very good. The service is good and nothing negative at all.
