Very comfartable bad, and room! good location next to the train station. we arrived early morning, so we checked in around 9:00 am, and so they charged us for additonal half a day. Crew doesn't speak english so well. Thank you.

Ok service staff. Elegant but cavernous lobby and dining areas. Not too cozy! Nicely equipped Gym.

The restaurant is a disaster! no dinner served, at the bar we had to wait almost 2 hr for a Burger. The hotel is very good, breakfast is also good, but is amazing that there is no proper restaurant working in this hotel. Another point is that there is almost NO staff speaking English.

If i could i would attach picture's to justify my review. Ordered a beef burger when I arrived, inside was raw. Told the staff they said they can bring new i refused as it made me feel disgusted eating raw meat. Had food poisoning, went to the hospital the hotel staff did not care they said "sorry im just a worker" as quoted by the manager. No apology No care. This hotel is not 5 star worthy.

Amazing service, particularly the 2 Spanish girls (Noelia and Raquel) who help international travellers with the language! They made our stay even better!!

Most of staff does not speak English. Since front desk to room service. Also the property is neglected. The building is beautiful, but the administration and maintenance is poor. I ordered room service and was awful. I chose that hotel because is close to the train station but it was a bad choice.

terrible service. We waited an hour for our meal to find out there was no cook in the hotel to prepare the meal! They did not have the respect and decency to inform us. Manager kept saying they were just too busy. Not the first time situation of bad service happen to me at Sofitel hotels. This chain is definitely banned from myself and our company staff.

I was there for business conference from 20 to 25 Nov, regretted choosing Sofitel instead of Intercontinental. At breakfast, service staffs at noodle and coffee station were extremely rude and not willing to serve..a bad way to start the day. On our way back home, we took their airport transfer from hotel to Pudong international airport in 25/Nov 1020am. The driver was half a time dosing off and we had to wake him up many times to ensure our safety as he almost collided a few times into other vehicles. By doing so, the transfer driver showed us his unhappy attitude and argued with us. Upon arrival at the airport, he just dumped our luggage's onto the ground.

ALL the staff are incredible. They are obviously very well trained in customer service. The area around the hotel is very safe and quiet.....very residential and very high end .

Hotel is very beautiful, service and cleanliness were excellent. Location is just ok, but definitely a good value. The breakfast buffet is really fantastic.

Fantastic hotel to stay at if you need to be close to the expo centre or the airport or train station. facilities are world class and staff are very helpful, especially in the business centre

Very high class hotel. However, the news was blacked out whenever CNN or BBC started to cover the Hong Kong protests.

Great experience, nice staff, very spacious rooms, very clean. Internet is a disaster, you need to download a vpn to get a correct access. Found food & beverages little bit expensive. Need a taxi for each time you need to go outside, not reachable by metro. I will stay here again!

Breakfast is below average as no taste on the noddle soup
