Clean, comfortable, spacious, even included a washing machine, and best of all right outside the station for the line 6 metro

Everything was so convenient. Being attached to the mall was something I didn’t know but after finding out, it was just amazing. I shopped and went straight to my room.

A fabulous experience!

We arrived late and got to the hotel later than midnight. The room was very spacious, breakfast was good, near the subway, we were happy with our choice.

The room is well equipped, clean and comfortable; but breakfast choice is quite limited, and is held at a restaurant outside the hotel

This is an absolutely wonderful place to stay while in Wuhan. Close to many shops (even a mall) and restaurants, with the subway right outside. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly!

This is a really lovely hotel. The room was large and the bed king size. We had our own washing machine and a kitchenette. The staff were so helpful. My two sons had two bedroom apartments that were huge. Highly recommended.

The room is spacious and well equipped. I particularly like the provision of an in-room laundry machine.

Perfect location and transport, good room comdition and value. Good services. Towels are a bit cheap and old. Breakfast is not very impressive

GOOD EXPERIENCE IN WUHAN!

The location is great. It is right next to a metro station, so that makes it easy to get around. It connects straight in to a mall with several decent restaurants. The rooms are really comfortable and nice for the price. Because my flight was delayed, I checked in a day later than I had reserved. They did not offer to shift the dates, and I thought that was poor customer service. They even charged me for a breakfast I did not consume. Thus the 3 stars.

Great room, great location, subway just in front of hotel...shopping center right under hotel. Many place for food and coffee. No need to search around when next time back to Wuhan again.

Would recommend and stay again 😁 food wasn't to my liking but other than that 5 star rating from me.

+perfect location in capitaland shopping mall and right at the underground station with easy access transport and loads of shops, restaurants and cafes next door; clean and good size rooms; sufficient furniture and facilities; - electric cooker is not working; room temperature system is not working well;

Room was comfortable, and front desk were very helpful.

Had a terrible experience with drilling and construction without letting guests know. Could not work well during the day with the constant drilling. A real hotel would not let that happen.

Room was very comfortable. Excellent bathroom. Room had washing machine/dryer so could catch up on some much needed washing. Good gym facility too. Would stay here again.
