Apartment was really good with all the usual conveniences such as WiFi and Smart-TV. The whole building is new and apartment is kept in clean condition.
Make sure you receive an email to with check in instructions.Clerks at the downstairs desk don't speak any English and when showing this place's confirmation they were only able to say that we are not in a correct place, which caused a bit of hassle. Apartments are located in a normal apartment building, and there are no signs about this place anywhere. After we were able to get someone from Summer Flower Apartments to the phone we were told that the "reception" is actually on one apartment on 10th floor. After finding this out, everything went really smoothly.

房間很大，而且十分乾淨淨潔。而地點更與清河坊只有20分鐘的路程（步行），附近也有不少好吃的。但就是洗手間只有一間，多人的話會有一點點麻煩。

房間很大很舒適，但閣樓的冷氣壞掉，房東說維修的師傅之後才會過來，其他台冷氣又不夠冷，在這麼炎熱得天氣裡，實在是太熱了，房東應該事前先確認好所有設施都能正常使用才對！

房東有提前聯絡告知辦理住房的相關事項，整體設備也很棒，還附有電動麻將桌晚上可以小小消遣一下！但有幾盞電燈是損壞的，一直在閃，樓上閣樓的電視沒辦法打開，如果這幾項能改善的話，整體來說就更棒了！

The unit is clean however it does not look like the photos at all. Bathroom is clouded with with toilet, washing machine and mop. The paint in the ceiling in bathroom peeled. The kitchen is cooking stove does not work and literally no cookware provided.
The communication was excellent and the owner/manager allowed us for late checkout. Thank you.

Very hard to find someone to proceed with the check in. If we were not with someone who spoke Chinese it would be very difficult to communicate. Some places like under the some and some part of the toilet were not properly cleaned. The TV is in Chinese and very hard to find something to watch. There is no iron, as such if you get there with your clothes wrinkled for a meeting this is how you will get to you meeting. It is spacious, is well located, has a wonderful view and the beds are very comfortable.

Bright and spacious apartment with floor to ceiling windows with great views over the city.
Cleanliness of property could have been improved however, particularly the bathroom as there was an unpleasant smell.
Location of property was a little tricky to find as it is located in a serviced apartment of another name, and there was no signage/indication of this. The owners did message us beforehand however providing us with a number so that we could contact them on arrival.

Not quite close enough to all the sights to make it super convenient without transportation, but still walkable if needed (ie can’t find taxi). Apartment itself was full of character and was perfect for our party of three. Kitchen and washing machine were handy to have. Checkin was easy once I was able to contact them and get instructions fot where to go since there is no reception in the lobby - make sure you get a hold of them before you show up! The people at the desk downstairs were kind enough to help us w getting taxis even though we weren’t their guests :-)

Hotel is close by to the subway station, which can take you to many attractions in Hangzhou including the West River. Hotel facilities are nice and clean. One recommendation is to provide clear instructions on how to operate various appliances including heat/fan for the room, heating the water for shower, and opening/closing windows. We were able to figure most of those things out for ourselves, but perhaps other guests may benefit from clearer instructions on those appliances.
