地理位置離地鐵站遠一點！ 飯店入口不好找~~ CI時，因飯店和Hotels的之間預訂有些失誤，因此一開始沒有確認到我們的預訂資訊，但飯店的服務週到，確認後也快速地安排客房。 房間也非常的新穎和乾淨，性價比很好。 酒店樓下就有美食街，很方便。

多次入住，酒店环境很好，闹中取静。就是相对交通不是很便利

Room is big and clean. Good location to easily find restaurants. The only issue is not closed to metro station.

酒店普通,房間WIFI接收差,地理位置差,附近很多維修整路工程,日間酒店也有裝修噪音。

客房/酒店的清洁度很好 最便宜的屋子并没有照片上那么大

整體不錯，但覺得床有點硬，毛巾感覺不是很乾淨。但有洗衣機，對出差的人而言很貼心。如果能有洗衣精更好。

酒店位置一般,不近地鐵站,一定要坐的士,行的話要接近30分鐘,櫃台職員態度不佳,回答客人的題問的時候,回答得很求奇

Lovely hotel with helpful staff that helped us with taxi rides and extending our stay. The room we got was big enough for our family of 5 and the beds were spacious. We loved the area of the hotel and the ambience was lively. There was a great variety of dining options, markets and the centre attached had coffee places. Even though it was within a gated community, we absolutely loved the atmosphere and seeing Shenzhen come alive and we felt part of the community. We would not hesitate to stay there again!

The rooms are spacious, the staff are helpful but the living room is a bit old. It is located in a local area.

Wrong address at Hotels.com so driving arround in taxi for 2 hours and hotel did not want to pay for it - even though they coukd see the address on hotels.com was wrong

Everything that can go wrong went wrong. The entrance to the hotel looks different from the picture in the website. The name of the hotel has changed to W H Hotel. At check in, the counter staff are terribly unhelpful. I didn't get the room type I have booked and the counter staff asked me to check with Expedia when I have no data/wifi nor a mobile (flat battery) to call. Room is okay but be careful everything in the room is chargeable including drinking water. Corridors to the rooms are dark and scary.
