Want a nice place.

The hospitality was exceptional. The breakfast is a must have and our cocktails were fantastic at the lobby bar and on the 62 floor.

My stay at the Ritz Carlton Nanjing was very nice. The staff was friendly and the amenities were nice. There was some wear and tear in my hotel suite which was kinda surprising to me. I would think they would replace or fix the furniture in the rooms that were worn. My room was nicely decorated for my birthday with a small cake and rose petals. There was also a nicely written card. The food and drinks in the Executive Lounge were deliciously. Especially the lamb chops that were freshly prepared. My main disappointment was not being able to have breakfast in the main dining area due to it being full and I had to go have breakfast in the Executive Lounge where the breakfast items are very limited.

Luxurious. Fantastic breakfast buffet spread. Good service . Very helpful concierge. Located right next to an upmarket mall. Will stay again. Improvement - as lobby is not on ground level, would be good to have some chairs near the entrance of the hotel.

Excellent location. You can walk into the Mall and the undergound MTR without going outside. Very accessable to all main attractions. Best Cantonese restaurant in the hotel. Lots to eat in the Mall or the underground. Unbeatable location. The hotel itself is Ritz. Not need to say anymore.

Location is very good, some hotel staff are good but not all. I come across one who does not understand my English and she just ignore me all together, not have a attitude to try is a poor standard of service! I am a bit disappointed with that.

这次近一个月的中国之行，我们待了几家高档酒店，其中，上海璞丽、南京Ritz Carlton，以及两家Waldorf Astoria - 北京和上海，我们印象深刻。他们各部门员工服务热诚，带给我们温暖的回忆，我们很感谢。除了整体品质出众之外，我们最喜欢璞丽的装饰风格和专业服务，南京RC的温暖服务，特别值得一提的是早上自助餐经理Bella Chen给我们优质印象，以及WA一流的建筑和装饰。我们希望能有机会再来一趟中国行，再能待在这几家酒店。除此之外，若是我還能有些要求的话，我希望北京WA早上自助餐厨房工作人员能在我享用早餐时，稍稍安静点！另外，就是能在RC、WA多听到些播放的合适中国音乐。

I have stayed here many times and they always exceed my expectations. Lily in the club is absolutely amazing always providing excellent service. George in housekeeping is also fantastic! The hotel is great but it is the ladies and gentlemen who work here that make every stay perfect.

The hotel is at the high end and busiest commercial area of Nanjing, parking is in a huge underground mall parking with no indication for access to hotel… All kinds of stores and restaurants around. Not far from major historical sites. Room isn’t very spacious, but super clean and well equipped. I’ve found the whole decoration a little dark. Great breakfast.

Super friendly and a seamless service we can expect. Truly the best hotel. Also, the head concierge is very kind and nice to all the guests. I expect to be back in the hotel for my next business trip.

침구류도 편안했고, 뷰도 좋았습니다. 결혼 10주년 기념 숙박이었는데, 여러가지로 신경 써 주셔서 편안하고, 즐거운 시간 잘 보내고 왔습니다. 시내 중심가에 위치하고 있어서 주변 접근성도 매우 좋았습니다.
