Top notch service. Very Americanize style.

一個有名的品牌，但開業已久有點舊 酒店服務員很有禮貌，還給我們升級大一點房間 但可惜浴室去水不太暢順，床褥枕頭太軟，我們不合適 。餐廳食物水準有保證，整體感覺良好 。

Double beds looks like single beds. Too small

泳池超级好。房间家具精致。

在中国非洲论坛期间，酒店安检非常糟糕。 为了公平对待所有客户，酒店应该为所有其他客户提供更好的安排。

管家服務非常貼心

床太软，不舒服，订的双床，结果只有大床

服務好到會嚇一跳，感覺是北京唯一空氣清新的地方

服務體貼，環境安靜而方便。早上可以請管家準備現煮的咖啡，傍晚入夜前則有happy hour可享小食和飲品，為晚上的活動稍事休息。健身房和泳池也設備齊全，是一趟很愉悅舒適的旅行。

A great hotel at the convenient area of Beijing, Comfort and Nice for business stay.

very convenience location and excellent customer services. However, I suggest to add more variety choice for the morning breakfast buffet. Anyway for sure will return to next trip in Beijing

One of the best hotels we have had the pleasure to stay in!

It has a good location as it's not too far from some of the main attractions. It's nice to walk around the area amongst all the various embassy's. The staff are very helpful. I do recommend having your translate app handy as only a few are quite proficient in English - this just makes it easier for both of you, The breakfast buffet was excellent - variety, quality and cleanliness. The rooms are so spacious - loved having a large desk and even a soaker tub. The gym was also 24/7 which is fantastic and always clean.
